This Refund Policy explains when QuQi (operated by OhMySaaS, LLC) issues refunds for paid subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
1. The short version
- Try before you pay. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card, so you can evaluate QuQi fully before subscribing.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- 14-day guarantee on your first paid period. If QuQi is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals are generally non-refundable - but see the exceptions below, and we send reminders so renewals are never a surprise.
2. When you can get a refund
- First subscription, within 14 days. A full refund of the first monthly or yearly charge for a website, requested within 14 days of that charge. One first-purchase refund per customer.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or amounts that do not match the plan you selected are refunded in full once verified.
- Extended outage. If the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of us (not because of a third-party integration or your own site), you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
- Where the law requires. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under consumer law in your country, including EU/UK distance-selling rights, which Paddle honours.
3. When refunds are not issued
- Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) after the first period, when the reminder was sent and the subscription was not cancelled before renewal.
- Partial or unused periods after you cancel or downgrade - access simply continues to the end of the paid term.
- Usage-based dissatisfaction, e.g. results, rankings, or traffic that did not meet expectations. QuQi does not guarantee search performance (see Terms, "AI-generated output").
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms.
- Backlink Exchange credits, which have no cash value.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@quqi.io from the address on your account, or use Settings Billing Request refund. Include the invoice number from your Paddle receipt.
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
5. Cancelling instead of refunding
If you simply do not want the next charge, you do not need a refund - cancel from Settings Billing before the renewal date. Your plan stays active until the period ends, then the website moves to the free plan and your data is kept under our Privacy Policy retention rules.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to suspension of paid features while the dispute is open, and Paddle may add dispute fees permitted by your card network.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change and material changes will be emailed to paying customers before they apply to a renewal.
