These terms govern participation in the QuQi Affiliate Program, operated by OhMySaaS, LLC. Joining the program means accepting them, alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

As an affiliate you refer customers to QuQi using a tracked link and earn a commission on qualifying subscription payments. Participation is by approval, and we may decline any application at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter contracts.
• You must hold a QuQi account in good standing.
• You must own or lawfully control the channels you promote through.
• Self-referrals do not qualify. You may not earn commission on your own subscription, or on accounts you control.

3. Commission

The current rate, qualifying plans, and commission duration are shown in your affiliate dashboard and form part of these terms. Unless stated otherwise there:

Commission is calculated on net revenue actually received — after discounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees. Commission on a refunded or charged-back payment is reversed.

4. Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked by a cookie set when someone follows your link. Attribution is last click: if a visitor arrives through several affiliate links, the most recent one within the cookie window earns the commission.

We cannot attribute a referral where the visitor blocks cookies, clears them, or converts on a different device. Our records are the authoritative measure of referrals and commission.

5. Payment

• Paid monthly, once the holding period has passed and the balance exceeds the minimum payout.
• Balances below the minimum roll over.
• You are responsible for supplying accurate payment and tax details, and for all taxes on your commission.
• US affiliates must provide a W-9; non-US affiliates a W-8BEN or equivalent. We withhold where law requires.
• Unclaimed balances on accounts inactive for 12 months may be forfeited after we notify you.

6. How you may promote

You may promote QuQi through content you own or control: websites, blogs, newsletters, videos, courses, podcasts, and organic social posts. Honest reviews and comparisons are welcome, including ones that mention our shortcomings.

7. Prohibited methods

You must not:

• Bid on our brand terms in paid search — including "QuQi", "quqi.io", and close misspellings — or use them in ad display URLs;
• Run ads that direct straight to quqi.io rather than to your own content;
• Send unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging-platform spam;
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, adware, or browser extensions that inject links;
• Register domains or social handles containing our brand name;
• Impersonate QuQi or imply you are an employee, partner, or official representative;
• Make earnings, ranking, or traffic guarantees on our behalf. We do not promise results, and you may not promise them for us;
• Publish fake reviews, fabricated screenshots, or invented testimonials;
• Promote through content that is adult, hateful, violent, misleading, or unlawful;
• Offer unauthorised cashback, rebates, or coupons we did not issue.

Breaching this section voids unpaid commission and may end your participation immediately.

8. Required disclosure

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote QuQi, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules elsewhere. A plain statement such as "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link", placed where readers see it before the link, satisfies this. Disclosure buried in a footer does not.

9. Use of our brand

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the QuQi name, logo, and approved screenshots solely to promote the service during your participation. Do not alter the logo, combine it with your own marks, or use it in a way suggesting endorsement of your other products. All goodwill accrues to us, and the licence ends when your participation does.

10. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency. You may not enter obligations on our behalf, and you bear your own costs.

11. Termination

Either party may leave the program at any time, for any reason, with written notice. On termination your tracking links stop earning and your brand licence ends.

We may withhold commission linked to fraud, prohibited promotion, or breach of these terms. Commission properly earned before termination is paid on the normal schedule, subject to the holding period.

12. Liability

The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions, or earnings. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the commission payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. The limitations in our Terms of Service also apply.

13. Changes

We may change these terms, including commission rates and cookie windows, with 30 days' notice by email. Changes are not retroactive: commission already earned is honoured at the rate in force when it was earned. Continuing after the notice period means you accept the new terms.
