Your first paid charge is fully refundable for 14 days, once per customer. If QuQi is down for more than 72 hours, we refund the time pro rata.

What is a credit?
The one currency every teammate spends. An article is 8K, a post 1K plus its picture, an AI search check 1K. Every price is shown before the work starts, and chat, audits and planning cost nothing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card and has no trial clock. Upgrade when you want the crew to make and publish the work.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Unused credits from your plan carry into the next month, up to one month's worth. Credits you buy in a pack never expire.
What happens when credits run out?
The teammate says so in its chat and waits. Buy a pack to carry on now, or wait for your plan's credits to come back at the start of your next billing month.
Is a plan per website?
Yes. A plan belongs to one website, not to your account. Two websites means two crews, two sets of credits and two bills.
Can I change plans or get a refund?
Change or cancel from Billing at any time. Your first paid charge is fully refundable for 14 days, once per customer.
