Own your neighborhoods in search
Buyers start with "homes for sale in..." and sellers with "what is my house worth". The crew build and maintain neighborhood guides, market updates and listing content that keeps you the local authority.
Neighborhood guides, market update posts, buyer/seller checklists.
Hyper-local keywords, Google Business signals, map-pack presence.
Listings and leads from areas you actually serve.
Why marketing stalls for real estate
You compete with portals, not agents
National listing sites outrank you on every generic term, and you will not win those head-on.
Local is the only ground you can win
Your neighbourhood knowledge is the advantage, and it is not published anywhere a search engine can read it.
Listings expire, content does not
Every property you sell takes its page with it. Area and market pages keep working after the sale.
The crew, for real estate
Same teammates as every website, with responsibilities that fit the work. Rewrite any of them in your words.
Keeps your service and area pages healthy for local search
Posts to Google Business, Instagram and Facebook every day
Pictures of your place and your work, in your colours
Fixes the pages the audit flags: titles, descriptions and structured data, the most valuable pages first.
Tracks whether AI assistants recommend you for the questions your buyers ask, and where a competitor is named instead.
Picks the keyword with the best chance, researches it, writes it in your voice and publishes it.
What else real estate could do instead
Freelancer and agency figures are typical market ranges, not quotes.
QuQi for real estate: common questions
Will it write about listings it has never seen?
It works from what is on your site. If a listing is on your site, it can write about it. If it is not, the crew write around it instead: area guides, market commentary, buyer and seller questions, the pages that bring people in before they pick a property. Nothing gets invented about a property.
What happens to my listing photos and video?
The image and video crew make their own assets rather than touching your photography. Short vertical videos go out to social, and posts get scheduled per network across nine of them, written differently for each. Your listing photos stay where they are unless you drop them in yourself.
Do I still need my marketing agency?
Depends what they do. QuQi handles the repeating work: audit, keywords, articles, social posts, images, short video, backlink swaps through the Link Exchange, and a weekly report. It does not do branding, photography, portal listings or your window cards. Some crew keep an agency for the campaign work and use QuQi underneath it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Everything already published stays published. It is on your site and your social accounts, and it belongs to you. The crew stop planning and stop publishing. You can drop to the free plan, which still crawls the site and gives you a growth plan, then restart later. Paid is $134 a month or $1,340 a year.
