QuQi vs SocialBee: categories you fill or a crew that fills them

Both start from your website and both write posts with AI. SocialBee gives you a scheduler you steer, with categories, evergreen recycling, an inbox and analytics, and Copilot drafting posts for you to approve. QuQi gives you a crew that writes, designs and posts on its own calendar and also works on the website, without an inbox or post analytics.

Choose SocialBee if
  • You have a library of evergreen posts to reshare.
  • You want the inbox and analytics next to the scheduler.
  • You want to choose and approve every post yourself.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want new posts each day without filling categories.
  • You want pictures in your own fonts, colours and logo.
  • You want articles and SEO work on the website as well.

Who does the work, step by step

The same week of social media, worked through in each tool.

01

Plan the week

With SocialBeeYou set a weekly schedule of time slots and give each slot a content category.
With QuQiThe calendar comes ready: one post a day from the strategy QuQi wrote for your business, at times you can change.
02

Write the posts

With SocialBeeCopilot or the AI post generator drafts captions and hashtags, and you approve each one into a category.
With QuQiSocial Copywriter writes each day’s idea and words it again for every channel, so LinkedIn and TikTok do not get the same caption.
03

Make the visuals

With SocialBeeAn AI image comes from your prompt without your logo, or you import a design from Canva.
With QuQiA picture or carousel is made with each post from your fonts, colours and logo, with its words set as type.
04

Schedule

With SocialBeePosts fill their category slots, and evergreen ones go back in the queue after they run.
With QuQiPosts go out at their time on each connected channel, on their own unless you set them to wait for your OK.
05

Reply and report

With SocialBeeThe inbox gathers comments, mentions and DMs, and analytics show what performed.
With QuQiQuQi does not reply or report on posts. Use the networks’ own tools, or keep SocialBee for this part.

Where SocialBee is stronger

  • Evergreen recycling: categories reshare posts until they expire or you delete them.
  • An inbox for comments, mentions and DMs across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Unlimited AI text and images on every plan, with Copilot drafting a strategy from your URL.
  • Reach past the networks’ APIs, with phone reminders for WhatsApp, Telegram and Mastodon.

Where QuQi is stronger

  • A picture for each post, laid out in your fonts and colours with the logo from your website.
  • New posts written every day, so the calendar fills without a library to feed.
  • Short videos from Video Producer, and a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server.
  • The website side: articles published to your CMS, a weekly SEO audit and page fixes through QuQi Edge.

Using SocialBee and QuQi together

Use SocialBee for what it does well, the evergreen loop and the inbox, and let QuQi bring the new material. The crew writes and designs fresh posts and publishes them, while SocialBee keeps resharing your proven posts and gathers the replies.

Pick which tool publishes to each channel, or split the days between them, so a new QuQi post and a recycled SocialBee post never land on the same feed in the same hour.

QuQi vs SocialBee: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than SocialBee?

They are priced on different units. SocialBee charges for a bundle of profiles, with extra users and workspaces as add-ons. QuQi charges for each website, and the plan pays for the crew’s articles, posts, pictures and audits from one balance of credits. Both lists of plans sit in the pricing section above.

Can I use SocialBee and QuQi together?

Yes. Keep SocialBee for evergreen resharing and its inbox, and let QuQi write, design and post the new material. Decide which tool publishes to each channel so the feeds stay tidy.

Does SocialBee have an API or an MCP server?

SocialBee’s help page says it has no public API and no white label, and it connects through Zapier, Make and Pabbly. QuQi has a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can write and schedule posts in it.

Do SocialBee’s AI images look like my brand?

They follow your prompt, and its help page says they cannot carry your logo and should not be asked for text. QuQi lays out each picture from your website’s fonts, colours and logo, and sets the words itself, so a headline or an offer can go on it.

Does SocialBee make videos?

It schedules the videos you upload, with custom thumbnails, for Reels and Shorts among others. QuQi’s Video Producer makes them, from 5 to 90 seconds, with a voiceover, music and stock footage or your own products.
