A SocialPilot alternative that makes the posts it schedules
SocialPilot is a scheduler made for agencies, with queues, an inbox, client approvals and white-label reports, plus AI Pilot to draft captions. QuQi starts one step earlier. Its Social Copywriter decides each day’s post from your website, words it for every channel, gets a picture or carousel made in your brand and puts it on the crew’s calendar.
Why people look for an alternative to SocialPilot
Competitor roundups, review summaries and SocialPilot’s own pages point to a few reasons people start comparing.
The queue holds only what you load
SocialPilot sends each post at its time, but someone still decides what goes out, writes the caption and finds the image. AI Pilot suggests ideas and drafts captions when you ask, so the planning and the final words stay with you.
Pictures come from somewhere else
AI Pilot works with text. Images and video are the ones you upload, touch up in its image editor or design in Canva, and SocialPilot’s own guide to AI content tools points to other apps for visuals.
The bill grows with your accounts
Every plan is a bundle of social accounts and users, and each account over the bundle adds a monthly charge. Agencies taking on clients and brands opening locations see the plan grow with them, which roundups list as a reason to compare.
What QuQi does instead
In QuQi, those jobs belong to teammates who run on the crew’s calendar, and you choose what waits for your OK.
Takes each day’s idea from your social strategy, writes a separate version for every connected channel, adds a picture or carousel made for it and posts it at 10:00 or at a time you name.
Turns out a short film each Friday, narrated, scored and, for a shop, showing its own products, which you post from the Studio library or by asking in the chat.
Writes SEO articles twice a week and publishes them to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion, which gives every week’s posts a new page worth sharing.
SocialPilot and QuQi, side by side
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
SocialPilot’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: socialpilot.co/plans, socialpilot.co/socialpilot-pricing.md, socialpilot.co/features/ai-pilot, socialpilot.co/mcp-server, socialpilot.co/ai-social-media-content-creation-tools . Plans and features change, so check there before you buy. SocialPilot is a trademark of its owner; QuQi is not affiliated with it.
When SocialPilot is the better pick
QuQi is not the answer to everything SocialPilot does. Stay with it, or use both, if this sounds like you.
- You answer comments, DMs and story replies for many accounts from one inbox, with automation rules.
- You run social for clients and want client seats, client approval and white-label reports in one account.
- You post to Bluesky as well, or want SocialPilot’s Reviews product to answer Google and Facebook reviews.
Moving from SocialPilot to QuQi
- 01
Connect the channels once
Each profile you want QuQi to fill gets linked to QuQi one time, from Google Business and Pinterest to TikTok and YouTube. Bluesky profiles stay in SocialPilot, because QuQi does not post there.
- 02
Write down your house rules
Your colours, logo and voice come from your website. Hashtag habits, banned words and a client’s do’s and don’ts go into Social Copywriter’s Instructions box, and the Social posts switch sets whether posts go out on their own.
- 03
Pause the queues QuQi takes over
Keep SocialPilot for the inbox, the reports and client sign-off for a few weeks. Pause its queues on the channels QuQi now posts to, so no channel gets the same day twice.

SocialPilot alternative: common questions
Is there a free SocialPilot alternative?
Not one that posts for free. QuQi’s free plan runs the website audit and the business analysis, and Social Copywriter starts work once the website moves to a paid plan. SocialPilot itself has no free plan, only a 14-day trial that asks for no card.
Does QuQi make the pictures for my social posts?
Yes. Every post Social Copywriter writes arrives with its own picture, or with a carousel of 2 to 10 slides, set in the typefaces your site uses, with your logo and colours. Code places the lettering, so no image model ever draws a word.
Will QuQi answer comments and DMs for me?
No. There is no social inbox in QuQi, and it reports no likes or reach. Replies happen in each network’s own app, or in a tool such as SocialPilot kept for that job.
Can an agency use QuQi for its clients?
Yes. Each client website gets its own plan and its own crew, and QuQi can turn on white label for an agency account, with reports and emails under the agency’s name. Client seats and client approval are where SocialPilot’s Premium plan goes further.
Which social networks does QuQi post to?
Nine: Google Business, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Pinterest, with YouTube taking videos only. Every network gets its own wording, and captions on Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Pinterest go out without a link.
