QuQi vs Metricool: planning the posts or making them

Metricool is the broader scheduler and analyst, with 11 networks, an inbox, ads reports, a free plan and an official Claude connector. QuQi has none of the social reporting and makes the content instead: posts written per channel with their pictures, short videos, and articles published to your website. If your posts already exist, Metricool may be all you need.

Choose Metricool if
  • You want to start free and pay only as you add brands.
  • You report on ads and organic posts in one place.
  • Your posts and visuals are already made by you or a designer.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want each post written and designed for you.
  • You want a weekly video without filming or editing it.
  • You want articles on your website from the same crew.

Who does the work, step by step

How a week of posts gets done in each one, from the plan to the numbers.

01

Plan the week

With MetricoolYou drag ideas onto the calendar, and it suggests the hours when your audience is online.
With QuQiThe crew’s calendar already holds a post a day, drawn from the social strategy written for your business.
02

Write the posts

With MetricoolThe AI assistant drafts or rewrites captions by topic, tone and network, within its monthly AI credits.
With QuQiSocial Copywriter turns one idea a day into a version for every channel, in the voice read from your site.
03

Make the visuals

With MetricoolYou bring them from Canva, Adobe Express or your files, or ask the Carousel Agent through Claude.
With QuQiThe picture or carousel is made with the post from your website’s own fonts, logo and colours, and Video Producer makes the week’s video.
04

Schedule

With MetricoolPosts go out at their time, and recurring posts and auto-lists repeat on their own.
With QuQiPosts go out at their time on all nine channels, or wait for your OK when you ask for that.
05

Reply and report

With MetricoolThe inbox and Flows handle comments and DMs, and reports cover posts, competitors and ads.
With QuQiNot covered. QuQi does not answer comments or report on posts, so a tool such as Metricool keeps this job.

Using Metricool and QuQi together

Metricool and QuQi split the work cleanly. QuQi writes the posts, designs their pictures and publishes them. Metricool reads the numbers afterwards, answers the inbox and runs Flows, and for one brand its free plan already covers the reports.

Both run an MCP server, so someone who works in Claude can connect the two, ask QuQi to write and schedule a post, and ask Metricool how last week’s posts did, all in one conversation.

QuQi vs Metricool: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than Metricool?

They price different things. Metricool charges by the number of brands you schedule and report for, and has a free plan. QuQi charges per website for a crew that also writes, designs, films and publishes articles. The pricing section above shows both as listed today.

Can I use Metricool and QuQi together?

Yes. Let QuQi publish the posts it makes, and keep Metricool for analytics, the inbox, ads and anything you schedule by hand. Avoid sending the same post from both.

Can Claude already schedule my posts through Metricool?

Yes. Metricool’s official connector lets Claude schedule and edit posts and read your analytics, and its Carousel Agent designs carousels with your approval at each step. QuQi’s crew writes and designs posts on its own calendar, and QuQi has an MCP server of its own for Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

Does Metricool make videos?

It schedules and measures the videos you upload, Reels included. QuQi’s Video Producer makes the video: 5 to 90 seconds with a voiceover, music, stock footage and your products, in 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5 or 3:4.

Does Metricool or QuQi help with SEO?

Metricool measures web and blog traffic through its connections but does not audit the site. QuQi’s SEO Auditor runs 56 checks every week, and Page Optimizer puts fixed titles, descriptions and schema live through QuQi Edge, with an undo.
