QuQi vs Publer: who fills the social calendar
Publer is a broad scheduler for people who already have their posts: 13 networks, bulk uploads, recycling and, on Business, analytics and an MCP server. QuQi is a crew for one website that writes each day’s posts, makes their pictures and videos, and works on the site itself as well.
- You already make your posts and want them on many profiles at a low price per account.
- You need Mastodon, Telegram or Bluesky in the same calendar.
- You want analytics, posting-time suggestions and competitor reports for each profile.
- You want each day’s posts written and designed without opening an editor.
- You want every picture and carousel to match your website’s brand.
- You want the same crew writing articles and fixing the website’s SEO.

QuQi vs Publer, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Publer’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: publer.com/plans, publer.com/features/ai-assist, publer.com/features/workspaces, publer.com/integrations/wordpress, publer.com/blog/publer-mcp . What each one costs
Publer charges per social account, with a free plan for up to 3 accounts and extra team members billed on top. If scheduling is all you need, that will usually cost you less. QuQi charges per website: each paid plan gives the whole crew one monthly balance of credits for posts, pictures, videos, articles and fixes, and unused plan credits carry over for a month.

Using Publer and QuQi together
You can keep Publer for what it covers well: the networks QuQi does not post to, recycled evergreen posts and the analytics on Business. Let QuQi write and design the daily posts for your main channels, and give each channel to one tool only so nothing goes out twice.
Both have MCP servers, which helps if you already work in an assistant. With both connected, Claude can read Publer’s calendar and analytics, then ask QuQi’s crew for a new post, and you confirm each step.

QuQi vs Publer: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Publer?

Can Publer post to Instagram?
Yes, to business and creator accounts, Reels included, and since 2025 without a Facebook login. QuQi posts to Instagram too, with the caption worded for Instagram and the link left out of it.
Which one shows how my posts perform?
Publer, on its Business plan: analytics, suggested times to post, hashtag analytics and competitor analysis, with PDF and CSV reports. QuQi does not track likes, reach or engagement on social posts.
Does Publer write blog articles?
Its AI blog writer drafts the title, slug, headings and post for WordPress, and Publer can schedule it and share it to social. QuQi’s Copywriter picks the keyword, reads the top results and publishes to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion.
Can I use Publer and QuQi together?
Yes. Give each channel to one of them so nothing is posted twice. One split that works: QuQi for the daily branded posts and the website, Publer for Mastodon, Telegram, Bluesky and recycled posts.
