QuQi vs Adobe Firefly: direct every frame, or hand over the week

Adobe Firefly is the stronger choice for a designer: far more models, a video editor, audio tools and Photoshop on the higher plans, with control over every step. QuQi is for a business that wants the posts made and sent. It builds each picture, carousel or video from your website, publishes it on a calendar, and takes care of articles and SEO as well.

Choose Adobe Firefly if
  • You want to pick the model and steer every generation yourself.
  • You work in Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere and want AI inside that workflow.
  • You need sound effects, music, voice or translation for your own video edits.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want each day’s post made and published without writing a prompt.
  • You want visuals that follow your site’s look without a style guide to maintain.
  • You want articles, an SEO audit and AI answer checks from the same crew.

What each one costs

Adobe Firefly has a Free plan with daily generations, then four plans for one person, each priced by the credits it includes each month, which do not roll over; team plans are priced per licence. QuQi prices each website, and one balance of credits pays for the whole crew’s pictures, videos, posts and articles, with unused plan credits kept for a month.

QuQi vs Adobe Firefly: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than Adobe Firefly?

The two sell different things. Firefly’s plans sell monthly credits per person for generations you direct, and its Free plan gives daily generations at no cost. QuQi charges per website for a crew that makes and publishes the posts, writes articles and looks after SEO. Both price lists sit in the table above, as each company publishes them.

Can Adobe Firefly post to Instagram?

Firefly’s share options are copying the image, opening it in Adobe Express or sharing a public link, and Express is where posts get scheduled. QuQi makes the post and its picture, then publishes it to Instagram and eight more channels on the crew’s calendar.

Does Firefly’s AI Assistant do the same job as QuQi?

Firefly AI Assistant, in beta, plans multi-step edits in a chat while you guide it, with tools from Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere and Firefly, and since 1 October its actions use credits on paid plans. QuQi’s crew keeps a calendar of its own: a post each day, a video each Friday and articles twice a week, and you choose what waits for your OK.

Can QuQi make videos like Adobe Firefly?

Firefly gives you video models, an editor, music, speech and translation to build with. QuQi’s Video Producer hands over the finished film, 5 to 90 seconds long, with a voice, music, stock footage and your products, and an AI-cast presenter with lip sync when the idea calls for one.
