QuQi vs Canva: a canvas, or a crew that posts
Canva is the stronger place to design by hand, with templates, stock and an editor for nearly every format. QuQi is for the posts you would rather not design at all: it makes each picture, carousel or video from your website and posts it on a calendar, next to articles and SEO work. In QuQi, you ask for changes in words.
- You enjoy designing, or you have a designer who does.
- You need decks, print and documents as well as social posts.
- You want to move every element yourself until it looks right.
- You want a post out every day without opening an editor.
- Your website already has the look, and the posts should follow it.
- You want the posting, the articles and the SEO handled by one crew.

QuQi vs Canva, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Canva’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: canva.com/pricing, canva.com/help/content-planner, canva.com/help/mcp-agent-setup, canva.com/features/ai-video-generator, canva.dev/docs . What each one costs
Canva prices per person: Free and Pro are for one person, Business charges for each member of the team, and more AI use is a separate add-on. QuQi prices per website, and one plan’s monthly credits pay for every picture, carousel, video, post and article the crew makes.
As listed on October 18, 2026 · Canva’s pricing page

Using Canva and QuQi together
Canva and QuQi split the work well. Keep Canva for the pieces you want to shape by hand, such as a launch visual, a deck or a flyer, and let QuQi take the daily posts that follow your website’s look.
A picture QuQi made can be downloaded from the Studio library and opened in Canva for a tweak, and a design you finished in Canva can be dropped into QuQi’s chat and posted with your own caption.

QuQi vs Canva: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Canva?
They pay for different things. Canva charges per person for a design tool, and the designing and posting stay with you. QuQi charges per website for a crew that makes and posts the content and works on your SEO. The pricing section on this page lists both, as each one publishes them.
Can Canva schedule social media posts?
Yes, on Pro, Business and the education and nonprofit plans. Its help page lists Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Slack and Tumblr, one platform per design, and the app itself holds the current list.
Does QuQi get the text on its pictures right?
Yes. QuQi never lets an image model draw words, letters, numbers or logos. The text is set in your website’s own fonts by code, and the logo is your real one.
Can QuQi make videos like Canva?
In a different way. Canva gives you a video editor, AI clips of up to 8 seconds and talking avatars to assemble yourself. QuQi’s Video Producer makes the whole video, from 5 to 90 seconds, with a voice and music, and an AI-cast presenter with lip sync when the video calls for one.
