QuQi vs Zoho Social: the content or the conversations
Zoho Social is strongest after a post goes out: listening, a shared inbox, reports and leads sent to Zoho CRM, with a free plan to begin on. QuQi is strongest before it: the crew writes each post, makes its picture or video and publishes it, and works on your website as well. If you need both halves, they run side by side.
- Your team already lives in Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk.
- You want to begin on a free plan and grow from there.
- Listening and replying matter more to you than making content.
- Writing a post for every network each day is the job nobody has time for.
- You want Reels and short videos without filming or editing them.
- Your website needs articles and SEO fixes as much as your feeds need posts.

QuQi vs Zoho Social, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.

What each one costs
Zoho Social sells one brand per plan, from a free plan up, with extra brands and team members added for a monthly fee; agencies move to plans built around client brands. QuQi bills each website on its own plan, whose monthly credits pay for everything the crew makes, and credits left at the end of the month carry into the next one.

Using Zoho Social and QuQi together
Use each for its half. QuQi writes and posts the content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the other channels it covers, and Zoho Social keeps the inbox, the listening and the leads it sends to Zoho CRM.
Channels QuQi does not post to, such as Mastodon, Bluesky or Snapchat, can stay on your Zoho calendar, filled with the pictures and videos you download for them from QuQi’s Studio library.

Can Zoho Social design pictures for posts?
It connects to Canva and has an image editor, Zia can add an image to a post, and pictures are fitted to each network. QuQi makes the picture or carousel itself, from your website’s own fonts, logo and colours.
Which one suits an agency?
Zoho Social has Agency plans with client brands, a client portal, free client logins and branded reports. QuQi runs one crew per client website, each on its own plan, and can carry an agency’s name and logo once QuQi turns on white label for the account.
