QuQi vs Sendible for agencies and the brands they run
Sendible is built for agencies that already make the content: unlimited users, a workspace per client, client approval dashboards, an inbox and branded reports. QuQi gives each client website a crew that writes the posts, makes their pictures and videos, and works on the site’s SEO. Choose by which part of the job fills your week.
- Your agency has writers and designers and needs one desk for many clients.
- Clients must approve posts in their own dashboard before they go out.
- You reply to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn comments as part of the service.
- Your team is small and each client still needs posts every day.
- You want Pinterest covered, with a picture made for each post.
- You also sell clients articles, SEO fixes and AI search checks.

QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.

What each one costs
Sendible sells bundles of workspaces and profiles, with unlimited users on every plan, and extra workspaces or white label added on top. QuQi charges per website, so each client site has its own plan and its own monthly credits for the crew, with team seats included.

Where Sendible is stronger
- Unlimited users on every plan, and workspaces that keep each client’s profiles, people and reports apart.
- Client Connect and client dashboards, so clients link their profiles and approve posts without sharing passwords.
- A Priority Inbox and live comment monitoring for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- White label with your own domain as an add-on, and a dashboard in 11 languages.
Where QuQi is stronger
- The post itself: written for each channel, with a picture or carousel designed for it in the client’s brand.
- Short videos with a voice, music and stock footage, for any client website.
- Work on the site: published articles, a weekly SEO audit, page fixes through QuQi Edge and AI answer checks.
- Pinterest, which Sendible’s list of supported platforms leaves out.
Using Sendible and QuQi together
An agency can run both. Sendible stays the desk: workspaces, client approvals, the inbox and the client reports. QuQi becomes the maker for the clients who need content, writing and designing their posts and, if you sell it, their articles and SEO fixes. Give each channel to one tool for posting so nothing is sent twice.

QuQi vs Sendible: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Sendible?
They price different things. Sendible charges for a bundle of workspaces and profiles with unlimited users, and QuQi charges per website with the content work included. For an agency, compare one QuQi plan per client site with the Sendible plan that holds all your clients.
Can Sendible post to Instagram?
Yes: posts, Reels, Stories and carousels. QuQi posts pictures and carousels to Instagram and sends videos as Reels, and it does not post Stories.
Does Sendible’s AI make images?
No. Its help article says AI Assist works on text, such as captions, rephrasing and hashtags. Pictures come from your uploads or tools like Canva, while QuQi designs a picture for each post it writes.
Does Sendible have an inbox for comments?
Yes, a Priority Inbox with live comment monitoring for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. QuQi has no inbox and does not reply to comments, so keep Sendible or the networks’ own apps for that.
Can I use Sendible and QuQi together?
Yes. Keep Sendible for client approvals, the inbox and reports, and let QuQi make and post the content for the clients who need it. Give each channel to one tool for posting.
