QuQi vs Statusbrew: answering people or making posts
Statusbrew is the stronger tool for a team that moderates and reports: an inbox with a Rule Engine, review management, approvals, listening and SLA reports. QuQi has none of that. It makes the content for one website, with pictures, carousels and videos in its brand, and posts it on the crew’s calendar, so the two can share the work.
- Several people share one inbox and need rules, routing and SLA reports.
- You answer reviews from Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook and the app stores.
- Your posts are already made and need approval steps before they go.
- Nobody on your team has time to write and design a post every day.
- You want short videos and carousels in your brand, made for you.
- You want the same crew to write articles and fix your site’s SEO.

What each one costs
Statusbrew sells flat plans that each include a set number of users and profiles, with more of both available on Premium, and agencies can ask for a per-client price. QuQi prices each website, with team seats included and one monthly balance of credits that every teammate draws on.

Where Statusbrew is stronger
- The inbox: comments, DMs, mentions and reviews from 10+ channels, with saved and suggested replies, 25+ filters and collision detection.
- The Rule Engine, which hides spam and ad-comment impersonators, adds labels and routes messages without anyone touching them.
- Listening across X, Instagram hashtags, YouTube, Threads, Reddit and the web, with competitor benchmarks on Premium.
- Team reporting with SLA numbers and 250+ metrics, plus SOC 2 Type 2 and SAML SSO on Enterprise.
Where QuQi is stronger
- It decides what to post and writes it, one version per channel, without a brief from your team.
- Each post gets a picture or carousel laid out in your brand, and Video Producer makes short videos with a voice and music.
- Its MCP server can publish or schedule a post once you confirm the preview, where Statusbrew’s keeps every AI post as a draft.
- The same crew works on your website: articles to your CMS, a weekly SEO audit, page fixes and AI answer checks.
Using Statusbrew and QuQi together
Statusbrew and QuQi meet only at the calendar. Let QuQi make and post the content on the channels you hand it, and keep Statusbrew for the inbox, the Rule Engine, reviews, listening and the reports your team or your clients read.
If you want a hand on posts before they go, each has one. Statusbrew’s approval steps hold the posts your team writes, and QuQi’s Social posts switch holds the crew’s posts until you approve them from the chat or your phone.

QuQi vs Statusbrew: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Statusbrew?
It depends on how many people and profiles you need. Statusbrew’s plans each bundle a number of users and profiles. QuQi charges per website, with seats included, for a crew that also makes the posts. The pricing section above lists both as they stand today.
Can Statusbrew post to TikTok and Bluesky?
Yes. It publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and Google Business Profile. QuQi posts to the same networks apart from Bluesky, and to YouTube with videos only.
Can I use Statusbrew and QuQi together?
Yes. Keep Statusbrew for moderation, reviews, listening and reports, and connect QuQi to the channels you want it to post to. Take those channels out of your Statusbrew queue so nothing goes out twice.
Does Statusbrew make images or videos?
It publishes the media you upload or bring in from Canva, and Brew AI works on the text. QuQi makes the picture, carousel or video itself, from your website’s own fonts, logo and colours, and never lets an AI model draw the words.
Does Statusbrew do SEO or blog posts?
Its integrations page lists no CMS, and its plans list no SEO tools, so articles and search work go through other tools. QuQi’s Copywriter writes and publishes articles to WordPress, WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion, and SEO Auditor checks the site every week.
