AI agents and automation

QuQi vs Zapier: wire the steps yourself, or start with a crew

Zapier is the glue between thousands of apps, and its AI steps write and post once you build the Zap around them. QuQi does one job, the marketing of one website, with a crew that audits, writes, designs and publishes on its own calendar. Choose Zapier to automate your business, and QuQi when you want the marketing done.

Choose Zapier if
  • You want your CRM, forms, spreadsheets and inbox in sync.
  • You enjoy building a workflow and keeping it running.
  • You need automations far beyond marketing, across 9,000+ apps.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want an AI social media agent without wiring one.
  • You want articles researched and published to your CMS every week.
  • You want the SEO audit, page fixes and AI search checks in one place.

Who does the work, step by step

Five jobs in a week of automated marketing, and how each one gets done.

01

Set it up

With ZapierYou build the Zap: a schedule trigger, an AI step, an image model and an action per channel, each with its own account.
With QuQiYou add your website. QuQi reads the business and the brand, audits the site and gives each teammate its days.
02

Choose the topic

With ZapierYour prompt or a spreadsheet of ideas decides it; keyword data needs an SEO app you connect.
With QuQiCopywriter weighs search demand and difficulty, and the topics your competitors rank for that you do not.
03

Write it and make the picture

With ZapierAn AI step writes the caption, and an outside image model makes the picture on your own API key.
With QuQiSocial Copywriter words the post for each channel and makes its picture or carousel in your fonts, logo and colours.
04

Publish

With ZapierThe Instagram, LinkedIn or WordPress action posts what the earlier steps hand it, a task for each action.
With QuQiArticles reach your CMS and posts reach up to nine channels on their day, unless you set them to wait for your OK.
05

Keep it running

With ZapierYou read Zap History, look into failed runs and adjust the steps when an app or a prompt needs it.
With QuQiThe calendar runs again each week, and SEO Auditor’s Monday audit lists what was fixed and what is new.

What each one costs

Zapier prices by tasks per month: you pick a tier, each successful action uses one, and AI steps use more by model tier. Its pricing page still lists Agents plans counted in activities, while Zapier folds Agents into AI by Zapier steps billed in tasks. QuQi prices by website, with one monthly balance of credits for the whole crew.

Where Zapier is stronger

  • Reach: more than 9,000 apps and a no-code editor that anyone on a team can pick up.
  • Automation for the whole business, from leads and forms to tables and internal tools.
  • Governance, with per-tool approvals in AI steps, admin model controls and SAML SSO on Team.
  • Cheap simple runs: filters, formatters and paths use no tasks at all.

Where QuQi is stronger

  • A whole marketing crew from the first day: audit, page fixes, articles, posts and videos, each on its own days.
  • A picture or carousel for each post, laid out in your website’s brand, with no image model to choose or pay for separately.
  • A weekly SEO audit of 56 checks, and page fixes that go live through QuQi Edge with an undo.
  • A weekly check of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, with the rivals they name in your place.

Using Zapier and QuQi together

They sit well side by side. Zapier keeps your business apps in sync and QuQi runs the marketing. QuQi sends a webhook when a post or an article is written or published, so a Zap can catch it and drop the link into a spreadsheet, your CRM or a team chat.

It works the other way too. A Zap can call QuQi’s REST API to create a post from a new product or a form entry, and an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can use Zapier MCP and QuQi’s MCP server side by side.

QuQi vs Zapier: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than Zapier?

They charge for different things. Zapier bills tasks, so a simple Zap is cheap and the cost rises with each step and AI call you add. QuQi bills each website a plan with credits for the whole crew. The pricing section above shows both as listed on the checked date.

Can I use Zapier and QuQi together?

Yes. Keep Zapier for the plumbing between your apps and let QuQi run the marketing. QuQi’s webhooks and REST API plug into a Zap, so new posts and articles can flow on into the rest of your tools.

Does Zapier have AI agents?

Yes. AI by Zapier steps can call tools, loop and search the web inside a Zap, and you can require an approval before a tool runs. You decide what each agent does and wire it in. QuQi’s crew comes with its jobs already set for your website.

Can Zapier do SEO?

Zapier lists SEO uses such as keyword research, broken link checks and SERP watchlists, carried out through SEO apps such as Semrush that you connect. The audit itself comes from that app. QuQi’s SEO Auditor audits the whole site every week, and Page Optimizer puts new titles, descriptions and schema live.

Which is easier for a small business?

If you want automations of your own, Zapier’s no-code editor is made for people who do not write code. If you would rather not build anything, QuQi starts working once you add your website, and you choose what waits for your OK.
