AI agents and automation

QuQi vs n8n: build the agent, or start with the crew

n8n is a capable engine for people who build: a visual editor, code steps, AI agents and one price per run, on its cloud or your own server. QuQi is the finished crew for one website’s marketing, with the audit, articles, posts and videos already set up. Choose n8n to build almost anything, and QuQi when the marketing is the whole goal.

Choose n8n if
  • You have a developer on hand, or you are one.
  • You want to self-host and keep your data on your own server.
  • You automate many processes that have nothing to do with marketing.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want posts and articles going out with no workflow to look after.
  • You want pictures and videos in your brand without wiring image models.
  • You want the SEO audit and the page fixes from the same crew.

Who does the work, step by step

Five jobs behind an automated blog and social feed, done each way.

01

Set it up

With n8nYou pick n8n Cloud or a server, add credentials for each model and network, then build or import a template.
With QuQiYou add your website, and QuQi reads your business, brand and competitors while the first audit runs.
02

Research the topic

With n8nAn AI Agent node searches with the tools you give it; keyword data needs an API you add.
With QuQiCopywriter scores keywords by demand and difficulty and reads the top Google results before it writes.
03

Write and design

With n8nThe agent writes from your prompt, and OpenAI image nodes or Edit Image make the picture.
With QuQiCopywriter writes in your voice, and each of Social Copywriter’s posts gets a picture or carousel whose words are never drawn by an AI model.
04

Publish

With n8nThe WordPress, LinkedIn and Facebook Graph nodes publish; other networks take HTTP calls.
With QuQiArticles go to your CMS and posts to nine channels on their day, or wait for your OK.
05

Look after it

With n8nYou update nodes and watch executions, and patch and monitor the server if you self-host.
With QuQiThe crew’s calendar runs every week, and there is nothing on your side to patch.

What each one costs

n8n bills per execution, one full run of a workflow however many steps it has, on Cloud plans or a self-hosted Business plan, and the Community Edition is free to self-host. Model fees come on top unless you use the models its plans include. QuQi bills per website, with monthly credits the whole crew shares.

Where n8n is stronger

  • Free self-hosting, with your data and credentials on your own server.
  • Code where you want it: JavaScript or Python steps, custom nodes, and Git and environments on Business.
  • One price per execution, so a long workflow costs the same as a short one.
  • A large community library, with 722 social media templates and more than 600 AI agent templates.

Where QuQi is stronger

  • Nothing to host, update or wire beyond connecting your channels once.
  • Posts to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and six more channels, each version worded for its network.
  • A weekly audit of 56 checks, with page fixes live through QuQi Edge and an undo.
  • Short videos from Video Producer, with a voice, music and the products from your shop.

Using n8n and QuQi together

If n8n already runs your internal automations, keep it. Let QuQi take the marketing, and add an n8n Webhook trigger’s address as a QuQi webhook endpoint, so each published article or post can start a workflow of yours, such as a newsletter draft or a row in your database.

n8n’s MCP Client can also reach QuQi’s MCP server, so an n8n agent can ask about your site’s SEO health or have a post written through QuQi, with publishing previewed and confirmed first.

QuQi vs n8n: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than n8n?

Per run, n8n costs less, and self-hosting costs only the server and your time. QuQi’s plan pays for a crew that also researches, writes, designs and audits, so the two buy different things. The pricing section above lists both as they stood on the checked date.

Can I use n8n and QuQi together?

Yes. Keep n8n for your own automations and let QuQi run the website’s marketing. QuQi’s webhooks can start an n8n workflow, and n8n agents can reach QuQi through its MCP server.

Is n8n good for marketing automation?

Yes, for teams that want to build. Its templates cover social posting and content, and its agents can use tools with an approval step. The research, voice, design and SEO checks are parts you build yourself. QuQi has those parts built in for one website.

Does n8n have AI agents?

Yes. Its AI Agent node and its newer agents, still behind a preview flag, take instructions, tools, memory and triggers such as chat, Slack, Telegram or a schedule, and can ask a person before a sensitive tool runs. QuQi’s crew are agents too, each with a fixed job and days for your website.
