QuQi vs Planable: making posts versus approving them
Planable is the place where posts get reviewed: teams and clients comment, suggest edits and approve, with several levels of approval on Enterprise. QuQi is a crew for one website that makes the posts, their pictures and short videos, publishes them and works on the site too. Planable fits when approval is what slows you down, and QuQi fits when making the content is.
- Your posts pass through several reviewers before they go out.
- You want native previews and an Instagram grid to plan with.
- You add many clients and colleagues and want no charge per user.
- Nobody on your team has time to write the posts or make the pictures.
- You want blog articles published, not only planned.
- You want SEO and AI search covered next to social.

QuQi vs Planable, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Planable’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: planable.io/pricing, planable.io/wp-content/uploads/downloads/planable-pricing.md, planable.io/guides/planable-ai, changelog.planable.io/planable-mcp-connect-your-ai-assistant-338492, planable.io/universal-content . What each one costs
Planable charges per workspace, one per brand or client, with unlimited users and a cap on posts and pages that rises with the plan. The inbox, analytics and listening are add-ons per workspace. QuQi charges per website, and the plan’s monthly credits pay for what the crew makes, with team seats included.
As listed on October 18, 2026 · Planable’s pricing page
Billed per website. The whole crew shares the credits, and unused plan credits carry over for a month. See pricing
Schedules the social posts $39 a month per brand
Writes the articles $69 a month per seat
Designs the pictures $18 a month
SEO audits and keyword data $139 a month
Each tool at its first paid plan, billed monthly, as its own pricing page listed it when we checked. They are not the same products: the bars show what a set of tools costs, not that one replaces another feature for feature.
Where Planable is stronger
- Approvals in levels, approval links for people without an account, and team-only notes and drafts.
- Previews that look like each network, with a grid view for Instagram.
- Unlimited users in every workspace, so reviewers cost nothing extra.
- An MCP connector on every plan and a public API on Pro, plus inbox and listening add-ons.
Where QuQi is stronger
- It makes the content: posts worded for each channel, a picture or carousel for each one, and short videos.
- It publishes articles to your CMS instead of only planning them.
- A weekly SEO audit, page fixes through QuQi Edge with an undo, and weekly checks of AI answers.
Using Planable and QuQi together
A clean split is by job. Keep Planable for the social calendar your clients review, and switch off Social Copywriter in QuQi. The rest of the crew then works on your website: Copywriter publishes the articles, SEO Auditor and Page Optimizer fix the pages, and AI Visibility checks what assistants say about you.
Or split by brand. QuQi runs the posts for your own website, where a single OK is enough, while client brands with long approval chains stay in Planable with their reviewers.

QuQi vs Planable: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Planable?
They price different things. Planable charges per workspace and adds the inbox, analytics and listening per workspace on top. QuQi charges per website for a crew that also makes the posts, writes articles and audits the site. You can read both price lists in the pricing section above.
Does Planable publish blog posts?
Planable’s Universal Content lets you plan, review and approve blog posts, newsletters and ads in the same calendar as social. Publishing them happens in your own tools. QuQi’s Copywriter publishes articles to your CMS itself.
Can Claude or ChatGPT work with Planable and QuQi?
Both have MCP. Planable’s connector lets an assistant draft posts in your workspaces, and those stay drafts until someone publishes them in Planable. QuQi’s MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor write, schedule or publish posts and articles, each one previewed and confirmed.
Does Planable do SEO now that SE Ranking owns it?
Planable itself has no SEO audit, keyword data or AI visibility tracking. SE Ranking sells those as its own products. In QuQi, the SEO audit, page fixes and AI answer checks come with the same crew that posts.
Can I use Planable and QuQi together?
Yes. Keep Planable wherever clients review posts, and let QuQi handle the website, or the posts for a brand that needs no outside approval.
