A Planable alternative that makes the posts before anyone approves
Planable is where a team and its clients review posts, with native previews, comments, suggested edits and approvals in levels. QuQi starts a step earlier. Its crew reads your website, writes each post for every channel, makes the picture or carousel and publishes it, and you decide whether posts wait for your OK.
Why people look for an alternative to Planable
Lists of Planable alternatives often look for AI content and publishing in one tool. Planable’s own pages on its AI, Universal Content and pricing show where those needs come from.
Someone still makes each post
Planable AI writes and rewrites captions, while pictures come from your uploads, its media editor or Canva. For a team with no designer, that leaves the visuals to somebody every week.
Blog posts stop at approval
Universal Content puts blog posts, newsletters and ads in the same calendar so they get reviewed with the social posts. Sending them out still happens in your CMS or your email tool.
SEO is a separate product
Planable has no site audit or keyword research of its own. SE Ranking, which bought Planable in 2025, sells those apart and connects them to your AI assistant through MCP, next to Planable.
What QuQi does instead
In QuQi those jobs sit with teammates who work on their own days, before anything reaches an approval.
Writes one post a day for every connected channel, each version with its own hook, and puts it out or holds it for your OK.
Makes short videos with a voice, music and stock footage, cut to the upright shape of Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Writes the blog post and publishes it to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion, so it does not stay in a calendar.
Checks your site against 56 points every Monday and hands Page Optimizer the fixes, which can go live through QuQi Edge.
Planable and QuQi, side by side
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Planable’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: planable.io/pricing, planable.io/wp-content/uploads/downloads/planable-pricing.md, planable.io/guides/planable-ai, changelog.planable.io/planable-mcp-connect-your-ai-assistant-338492, planable.io/universal-content . Plans and features change, so check there before you buy. Planable is a trademark of its owner; QuQi is not affiliated with it.
When Planable is the better pick
QuQi is not the answer to everything Planable does. Stay with it, or use both, if this sounds like you.
- Each post passes several reviewers, such as your team, the client and legal, and you need approvals in levels and links that work without a login.
- You want to see each post as it will look on each network, and plan an Instagram grid before anything goes out.
- You bring many colleagues and clients into each brand and want unlimited users at no extra charge.
Moving from Planable to QuQi
- 01
Hand over the website, not the drafts
QuQi reads your site when you add it and writes a social strategy and a brand kit from it. Copy any caption rules from your Planable templates into Social Copywriter’s Instructions box.
- 02
Decide who signs off
A new crew posts on its own. Turn the Social posts switch off and every post waits for your OK, asked in the chat and by email, with Approve and Reject buttons in Telegram or WhatsApp. Only owners and admins can change that switch.
- 03
Keep Planable for client reviews
For a month, let QuQi post for one brand while clients keep reviewing the others in Planable. Compare the hours each one saves before you move more brands over.

Planable alternative: common questions
Is there a free Planable alternative?
QuQi’s free plan audits and analyses your website at no cost, and writing and posting start on a paid plan. Planable’s free start covers your first 50 posts with no time limit, though X publishing is not part of it.
Does Planable make images for posts?
Planable AI writes captions from a prompt, an image or a video, along with hashtags, ideas and replies. Pictures come from your uploads, its media editor or Canva. QuQi makes a picture or a carousel for every post itself.
Can QuQi hold posts until I approve them?
Yes. With the Social posts switch off, each post waits until you approve it, in the chat or with the buttons in Telegram or WhatsApp. If a post has to pass several reviewers in a set order, Planable’s multi-level approvals are built for that.
Does QuQi have a social inbox like Planable’s add-on?
No. QuQi does not collect comments or DMs, and it has no post analytics. If you need those, Planable’s inbox and analytics add-ons, or another tool, cover them.
Will QuQi publish blog posts as well as social posts?
Yes. Copywriter writes SEO articles and publishes them to WordPress, WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost, Notion or a webhook, and sends Wix ones as drafts. In Planable, blog posts are reviewed in the calendar and then sent out from your own CMS.
