QuQi vs D-ID: which one makes sense for your videos
Both can deliver a finished video with no shoot. For talking presenters D-ID is the stronger pick, with expressive V4 avatars, Video Translate and live agents that answer questions on your site. QuQi turns your website into short brand films and posts them, while the same crew writes articles and works on your SEO.

QuQi vs D-ID, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
D-ID’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: d-id.com/pricing/studio, d-id.com/creative-reality-studio, d-id.com/ai-agents, d-id.com/integrations, docs.d-id.com/docs/quickstart . What each one costs
D-ID prices each Studio plan per account in three tiers, and the tier you pick sets your minutes for the month. One balance of minutes is shared by Studio videos, agents, translation and the API, and the API also has plans of its own. QuQi prices each website: every teammate spends the same balance of credits, each piece costs what it uses, and plan credits you do not spend roll over for a month.

Where D-ID is stronger
- Presenters that perform: V4 avatars trained on actors, five selectable sentiments and replies in under half a second.
- Live agents: a talking avatar that uses your own LLM, knowledge base and tools, embedded on a site or self-hosted in your own cloud.
- Interactive video: Agentic Videos and Presentation Mode let viewers question a video or a deck while it plays.
- Reach for builders: an API, an Agents SDK, LiveKit and ElevenLabs agent links, an MCP server, a Canva app and a PowerPoint add-in.
Where QuQi is stronger
- Short films planned from your own website, with your products on screen and the typefaces and palette your pages already use.
- Each post comes with a picture or carousel made for it, and nine channels are ready to publish to on a calendar.
- Technical SEO audits, page fixes, articles and AI answer checks, all on the one plan and the one balance of credits.
- Switches that let you choose what waits for your OK: articles, social posts and SEO fixes.
Using D-ID and QuQi together
D-ID and QuQi fit side by side. Use D-ID for the clips where a face has to talk, such as a welcome message, a product explainer or a translated update, while Video Producer makes the short films about your products and offers.
Export each clip from D-ID, add it to QuQi’s library or chat, and give it a caption and a time. The crew then posts it to the channels you pick, beside its own posts, so the clips do not wait in a folder. Check that your D-ID plan allows commercial use before you post.

QuQi vs D-ID: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than D-ID?
The two are not like for like, so read the pricing section above. D-ID sells minutes of avatar video in tiers. QuQi sells a crew by the website, where one balance of credits covers videos, posts, articles and SEO checks.
Can I use D-ID videos for my business?
Not on every plan. The Trial and Lite plans are for personal use, and Lite adds a D-ID watermark. Commercial use starts with Pro. If the clips are for a business, start from Pro or above.
Which one is better for training and presentations?
D-ID. It works with Articulate, iSpring, Moodle and TalentLMS, and its Presentation Mode turns a PDF, a PowerPoint file or a Google Slides link into an agent that presents and takes questions. QuQi makes short brand videos and posts, not courses.
Can developers build on D-ID?
Yes. The API covers avatar videos, translation and real-time agents, with an Agents SDK, and a remote MCP server works with Cursor, Windsurf and Claude Desktop. QuQi has its own REST API, outbound webhooks and an MCP server, which lets tools such as Cursor start work for the crew.
