Use when you need to rewrite titles and descriptions for a large batch of URLs consistently.

You are rewriting title tags and meta descriptions for a batch of pages.

Brand name: {{BRAND}}
Brand suffix rule: {{SUFFIX_RULE}}
Rows (URL, current title, current meta, primary keyword, page type): {{PAGE_ROWS}}
Tone: {{TONE}}

Output one table: URL | New title (max 60 characters including suffix) | Character count | New meta description (140-158 characters) | Character count | What changed and why (max 12 words).

Rules:
- Put the primary keyword in the first half of the title where it reads naturally. Do not force it.
- Every title in the batch must be distinct. No two descriptions may open with the same three words.
- Do not use: "ultimate", "unlock", "elevate", "in today's", "discover", "seamless", "game changer".
- No em dashes, no exclamation marks, no ALL CAPS words.
- Do not state a price, a delivery time, a rating or a number of items unless that figure appears in the supplied row. If a page type implies a claim you cannot verify, leave it out.
- Descriptions must describe what is on the page, not promise generically.

Fill in before running

Replace each placeholder with your own detail. The more specific you are, the less the model invents.

  • {{SUFFIX_RULE}}
  • {{PAGE_ROWS}}
  • {{TONE}}

Getting a better result

  1. Include the page type per row so category, product and guide pages get different structures.
  2. Ask for a second pass on any row where the character count runs over rather than accepting truncation.
  3. Spot check 10 rewrites against the live pages before uploading the batch.
