When is this the right prompt rather than a content rewrite?

When you already sit on page one and someone else holds the answer box. The prompt drops any row outside the top ten, so a query where you rank thirtieth needs the SERP teardown or a brief instead. Whether holding the box wins more clicks than the link below it is genuinely contested and varies by query.

What do I need to paste?

Query rows with your position, the feature type and who holds it, the holder answer copied verbatim, your own passage copied verbatim, and any editorial rules the rewrite must respect. Verbatim matters on both sides: length and the wording of the first sentence do most of the work, and a paraphrase loses both.

What comes back?

One table per query: feature type, the format the holder uses, a verdict on your passage of right shape, close, wrong shape or no passage, a rewritten passage built to the format rules, and where on the page it belongs. The verdict column is the useful bit, since wrong shape and close need different amounts of work.

What goes wrong most often?

Bolting the rewritten passage onto the top of the page as an answer block for the crawler. Put it under a heading that matches the query wording, where a reader benefits from it too. Then recheck in a fortnight: features change hands far more often than rankings do, and a single check proves nothing.
