Where QuQi sends the note when work waits for your OK, why one might not reach you, and where the work is in the meantime.

Nothing is lost. Approvals live in the chat, not in the note. Press Agent in the menu: if anything is waiting, Waiting for your OK sits at the top of the sidebar with a count.
Check a note was due
- Only articles and posts send a note. Page fixes and deletions that wait for your OK appear in the chat without one.
- A teammate with auto-approve on does not ask, so there is nothing to approve and no note. The Copywriter and the Social Copywriter start with it on.
- The lead never asks. Something you told QuQi itself to publish went out straight away.
Where the note goes

Check spam. Other people on the website do not get it — only the owner.
Telegram or WhatsApp
As well, when that is where you last talked to QuQi.
The account must be linked and verified. WhatsApp only delivers within a day of your own last message there.

Start the link
You are shown a short code. Neither asks for a password.

Send the code within 10 minutes
From the account you want linked. If it expires, start again.

Write to QuQi there once
The note goes to the chat app you used last, so a message from your phone makes it the one QuQi uses.
What the note can do
It tells you something is waiting and links to the chat. It cannot approve anything and it does not expire. The approval box in the chat is where you Approve or Reject, and it stays there until you do.
