TROUBLESHOOTING
Nothing was published The approval note never arrived A batch did not run You hit a limit

Nothing was published

The article or post was made but never went live. Where to look, the four things that decide whether anything goes out, and what each refusal means.

5 min de lectura All plans

Almost always, the work exists. An article or a post that was written and never published is sitting in a chat, waiting for something — your OK, a connection, or a plan. The chat it was made in says which.

EMPIECE AQUÍ Open Calendar, click the batch that should have made it, and open its chat. A box headed Waiting for your OK means it is waiting for you. A box that says Approved, but it did not go through carries the reason it failed.

The four things that decide

CHECKWHAT IT DOESTHE FIX
Auto-approve Off: the teammate asks first, and nothing goes out until you approve. On: it publishes on its own. Approve the box, or turn auto-approve on. See Approvals and auto-approve.
A connection Articles need a publishing destination; posts need a connected social account. Connect one under Integrations.
Your plan Publishing to your website and to social channels come with a paid plan. Writing and publishing are separate. See Plans.
The teammate A teammate that is off, or without its publish tool, cannot publish. Turn it on, or tick its publish tool. See Set up a teammate.

Where it is waiting

  • Waiting for your OK at the top of the chat sidebar lists everything that needs an answer, with a count.
  • On the calendar, a batch whose work waits reads Waiting for you; one that made a draft reads Draft.
  • An article written with no publishing destination connected stays in QuQi. Open it from its chat or from the batch to read, edit and copy it; once a destination is connected, publish it from the article’s page.

When a post was refused

A post that fails to go out says why, in its approval box or in the chat that published it.

THE REASON READSWHAT HAPPENEDTHE FIX
… is not connected, so nothing was published That channel has no connection on this website. Connect it under Integrations, then ask for it to be published again.
… is connected through the old connector The connection predates the current one. Reconnect it under Integrations. It is one click.
Nothing to publish. Write the post first. The post was never written. Ask the Social Copywriter to write it.
A channel needs a Page or a board Facebook needs a Page and Pinterest a board picked after connecting. Pick one under Integrations.
The media does not suit the channel For example a text-only post for Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest, or a picture for YouTube. Add a picture or a video, or drop that channel.

When an article went somewhere else

  • Wix receives articles as drafts, never published. Publish them from your Wix dashboard.
  • Webflow falls back to a draft item if the Webflow site has never been published.
  • Articles publish to exactly one destination per website. A second cannot be connected until the first is disconnected, so check which one is in use under Integrations.

Page fixes that did not show

A page fix the Page Optimizer applied is only served to visitors on its own through QuQi Edge. Without the edge, the fix is ready to put on the site by hand, and the audit keeps reporting the old value until your site changes.
