The approval message never arrived
Where QuQi tries to reach you and in what order, why it falls back to email, and what happens to the post while you wait.
Check you asked for a message at all
Only the Ask me mode sends one. On Off the agent never runs, on Draft it the work is left on the calendar without a word, and on Publish it it goes out without asking you. Autopilot starts Off on every agent, so if you have never opened that agent’s settings, no message was ever due.
Where QuQi tries, in order
Only chat accounts you have verified are used. A Telegram or WhatsApp link you started and never finished is skipped as though it were not there, which is the most common reason a message that should have come by chat came by email.
Connect Telegram so approvals reach your phone
The link expired
The approval link is good for 24 hours and the message says so on its face. Opening the page at hour 23 and pressing yes later does not quietly extend the permission — the buttons carry the original deadline.
An expired link does not lose the post. It stays a draft on your calendar, where you can read it, change it and publish it yourself.
The page says it has already been answered
Somebody answered it — you on another device, or whoever else holds the message. The page says so rather than sending the post twice.
The page refuses to send
If the post is not finished enough to go out, the page says so and asks you to open it in QuQi to finish it. The link can do exactly two things to the one post it names: send it, or leave it. Editing and rewriting need a real login, which is why a forwarded link never becomes an account.
What each button does
- Yes, send it puts the post on the clock for its scheduled time. If that time has already passed, it publishes right away.
- Not this one sends nothing and leaves the post as a draft on your calendar, to change or delete.
Articles do not work this way
An article approval carries no one-tap send button. The message links you to the draft behind a login, because the thing worth reading first is the article itself, and publishing it means pushing it to your website.
