What QuQi is
A crew that does the marketing work for one website — audits, page fixes, articles, posts, pictures, videos and links — on a calendar you set, asking you first where you want it to.
QuQi gives each website a crew. The lead, QuQi, is the one you talk to. Eight teammates each have one job: one audits your site, one fixes the pages the audit flags, one checks whether AI assistants recommend you, one writes articles, one keeps your social channels active, one trades backlinks, one makes short videos and one makes pictures.
You manage them the way you would manage people. You tell each one what it is in charge of, in plain words. The calendar says when each one works. You read what comes back, and you decide which of them may publish without asking you.
The crew
Each teammate has a name, a role, a colour, what it is in charge of, standing instructions and an on/off switch. You can rename it, recolour it, give it instructions or switch it off. See Meet the crew.
You can watch every piece of work
Every batch from the calendar and every task you give runs in a chat you can open: the plan, each step, what it made, and the teammate’s own report at the end. When one teammate needs another — a picture for a post, fixes for an audit — it asks, and the answer comes back to the same chat.
You decide what goes out without you
Three switches under Website settings → Approvals decide it, one each for Articles, Social posts and SEO fixes. With a switch off, that work stops before it goes public and waits in its chat for your Approve or Reject, whoever on the crew made it. With it on, it goes ahead. Articles and Social posts start on, SEO fixes starts off. See Approvals.
What day one costs
A new website starts on the free plan, with no card. On free, QuQi reads your site, writes your business profile and strategies, reads your brand colours and logo, and the SEO Auditor audits the site every week. Writing, pictures, videos, publishing, AI answer checks and the backlink exchange come with a plan. See Plans.
One plan per website
A plan belongs to a website, not to your account. If you run two businesses, each website has its own crew, its own calendar, its own integrations and its own plan.
