Usage and limits

The four things QuQi counts, what one of each costs you, when the count starts over, and what happens the moment you run out.

5 min de lectura All plans

Your plan meters four things, all quoted per month: articles, social posts, AI credits and backlink credits. Everything else — planning, auditing, research, strategy — is not counted at all.

What one unit means

METERONE UNIT ISWORTH KNOWING
Articles One article generation run. A run that fails gives the article straight back.
Social posts One piece of copy for one channel — so a four-channel idea costs four. The rewrite buttons in the post drawer are free; asking the writer for the copy again is another run, so it costs another one.
AI credits What the Studio spends to render a video or an image. A picture made for a social post costs neither an AI credit nor a social post.
Backlink credits Your balance in the exchange, granted once a period rather than spent from a counter. Hosting a link on a site with a domain rating of 40 is worth 40 credits.

What a video costs

Videos are charged by the 8-second beat: one credit a beat. A video is one, two or three beats — 24 seconds is the longest anything renders, whatever length was asked for — so three beats is the most a single video can cost. A talking-head video with a lip-synced voice costs two credits a beat, and so does an infographic commercial. Premium quality doubles the total, which puts the ceiling at 12 credits. The exact cost is printed in the run’s first line before anything renders.

What an image costs

An image made in the Studio is a quarter of a credit. A batch is rounded up and always costs at least one credit, so any batch of up to four costs exactly one credit and asking for four at once is the efficient shape. If nothing comes out you are not charged; if some come out and some do not, the batch still costs its one credit.

Pictures made for a social post — from the post drawer, or automatically alongside the copy — do not use AI credits at all.

When the window resets

YOU ARE ONTHE WINDOWSTARTS OVER
Free The calendar month. The 1st
Trial The whole trial is one window. Not partway through
Monthly Your billing period. Your billing date
Yearly Still monthly, not yearly. The day you started

A yearly plan does not hand you twelve months of allowance on day one. It still gives you a month at a time, on the day of the month you started — start on the 17th and your windows run the 17th to the 17th.

Where to see what is left

On a plan, the chip in the top bar shows which one and how many articles you have left. On a free website it shows Start free trial instead — the free plan carries no article allowance to count. Open it either way and you get every allowance, how many purchased credits you are holding, and the date the count resets.

The Billing page shows the same thing as a bar per meter, each reading how many are left and when they reset. Where an allowance is zero, the bar says so in words: unlocks with the free trial, or not included in this plan. Backlink credits are the exception — they show your live balance and how many are granted each period, with no bar and no reset date.

When you run out

QuQi stops and tells you. In the agent terminal you get a single line starting Run failed — and then the reason, in plain words.

  • On a free website: the feature “needs a plan — start your 7-day free trial under Billing to unlock it.”
  • On a paid plan that is out: the meter, the number used this period, and the date it resets — with the offer to upgrade or ask support for a boost.
  • Out of AI credits: the locked agent card offers a credit pack instead of an upgrade, because purchased credits never expire. The terminal line still points you at an upgrade or a support boost.
  • A locked agent card says which of these it is rather than just failing.
CONVIENE SABER A batch of social posts is trimmed when it would overrun your allowance: the terminal says how many posts are left this period and plans as many whole ideas as still fit. If what is left will not cover even one idea across your enabled channels — two posts left with three channels on — the run stops instead of trimming.

Nothing is lost, and nothing is double-charged

If something is counted and then fails, the units come back automatically. An article that fails is marked Failed on the calendar, with the reason attached. A video that fails after being charged has its credits released and comes back marked failed. Retrying a video you already paid for does not charge you twice.

In the video Studio, credits are only taken when the render starts — after you have read the script and approved the frames, so a script you throw away costs nothing. Generate without review is the exception: it skips the review and the credits are charged up front, before the script is written.

CONVIENE SABER Support can raise your limits permanently, or add a one-off boost for the current month. A boost is added on top of the plan’s allowance rather than replacing it.
