The dashboard

How to read the agent cards, the line under each name, the auto pill and the plan pill — so you know at a glance what is waiting for you.

5 min de lectura All plans

The dashboard is a status board, not a control panel. Its job is to answer one question in a few seconds: is anything waiting for me?

The four panels

  • Company — your business as QuQi understands it. Before the Website Analyzer has run, this says so rather than sitting empty.
  • Analytics — how your site is doing.
  • Agents — one card for each of the eight agents you manage. The four that work in the background — the Website Analyzer, the Brand Kit, the Growth Strategist and the Publisher — have no card. This is the part you will read every day.
  • Chat — talk to QuQi about the website you are on.

Each panel collapses, so you can shrink the ones you do not use and keep the agents at the top.

The terminal strip

Across the top, a live strip streams what the agents are doing right now. If a run was already in flight when you opened the page, you see it join mid-sentence rather than starting from nothing. It is the same log an agent writes on its own page: Run started, the steps, then Run complete with the time it took or Run failed with the reason.

An agent card

CONSOLE · DASHBOARD
Copywriter 3 articles waiting to be read AUTO Run
Social Planner Next month is planned Run
Link Exchange Runs when an article is published NO BUTTON
The agents feed. Each card says what is waiting for you.

The line under an agent’s name is not a description of the agent. It is what that agent is holding right now — and when there is work waiting for you, it carries a count. That is the line to scan.

ON THE CARDWHAT IT MEANSWHAT TO DO
The line under the name What that agent is holding at this moment, with a count when work is waiting. Open it and read the work
The auto pill This agent runs on its own. Hover it and it names the exact autopilot mode. Change it behind the gear
Run now This agent can start from a bare click. Press it
Open This agent needs a post, a video or an article chosen first. Follow it and pick one
A locked card Your plan does not include this agent yet, and the card says which reason. Follow the upgrade link
The gear That agent’s own settings page. Set its skills, and its autopilot if it has one

A locked agent is never hidden. The card stays where it is and explains itself in plain text — that article generation starts with the free trial, that publishing unlocks when your subscription goes active, or that this one is not in your current plan.

CONVIENE SABER An agent that needs something chosen first has no Run now button at all. Its card shows a button that takes you to the work instead, so there is nothing to press by mistake.

Opening a card

Expand a card and it shows what the agent does, what it is able to do, and its skills as a row of marks. A skill that is connected and ready is lit; one that is not is dashed. A count sits alongside — something like 9 skills loaded · 2 connected — which is the quickest way to see that the Social Copywriter knows about nine networks but only two of your accounts are actually connected.

The plan pill

Once you are on a plan, the pill in the top bar shows which one and how many articles you have left. On a free website it reads Start free trial instead. Either way, click it and a panel opens with the rest: every allowance, how many purchased credits you are holding, and the date it all resets.

It is per website. Switch to another site and the pill changes with it.

Where the settings are

Nothing on the dashboard is configured on the dashboard. Every agent with settings has a gear that opens its own page, and that is where its skills live. On the Content Planner, the Copywriter, the Social Planner and the Social Copywriter, it is also where the autopilot mode lives — and on the two planners, how often it runs.
