Social Copywriter
Keeps your connected social channels active: one post a day, worded for each channel, with a picture or a video from a teammate.
What it is in charge of
It starts with these responsibilities: keep your connected social channels active; write posts people want to share, with a picture or video from the Image Designer or the Video Producer.
What one batch does
A batch is told to bring back one post, out on every connected channel. The Social Copywriter decides what the post is about, following the mix in your social strategy, asks the Image Designer for a picture or the Video Producer for a clip, and writes the post once for each channel in that network’s shape.
- Auto-approve on (how it starts): the post goes out on its own.
- Auto-approve off: the chat shows a box — “It waits for your OK to go out.” — with the post drawn on each channel as that platform shows it. You can edit the text, change or remake the picture, then approve or reject.
With no social account connected, the batch is skipped: there is nowhere for a post to go.
Each channel in its own shape
Posts are written in your business’s own language, hashtags included.
Your own photos and videos
Send or point to a picture or video in your media library and ask for it to be posted. The Social Copywriter asks which channels, whether you will write the caption or it should, and in what tone — then makes the post. A post with your own caption still waits for your OK in the chat.
Its tools
What it costs
One post for one channel uses one social post from your monthly allowance, so a post going to four channels uses four. Connecting a social channel needs an active subscription. See Connect social channels.
