Telegram & WhatsApp

Linking a chat account so you can talk to QuQi from your phone, and so the note about work waiting for your OK reaches you there.

4 min de lectura All plans

Telegram and WhatsApp sit in the Talk to QuQi section of the Integrations page. They do two jobs: they let you chat with QuQi, the lead, from your phone — run an audit, check what it found, ask for an update — and they carry the short note QuQi sends when an article or a post waits for your OK.

EMPIECE AQUÍ Neither one needs credentials from you. Connecting is a short handshake: QuQi shows you a code, you send it from the account you want linked, and the link is made.

Connecting

1
Open Integrations
Find Telegram or WhatsApp under Talk to QuQi.
2
Take your link code
QuQi shows you a short code — for Telegram with a button to open the chat or a QR code to scan; for WhatsApp with the number to send it to. Being sent the code on WhatsApp is only offered where that has been switched on.
3
Send the code
From the Telegram or WhatsApp account you want linked. That account is now the one QuQi talks to.
OJO A link code lasts 10 minutes. If it runs out, go back to the Integrations page and start a fresh one.

Unlike every other integration, a Telegram or WhatsApp link belongs to you personally rather than to one website. The chat works on the website you last had open in the console; ask about another of your websites by name and QuQi switches to it. Disconnecting unlinks the account, and QuQi stops answering it.

CONVIENE SABER The WhatsApp card shows the full number you linked, not a masked one. Only your own linked account appears there — a colleague’s does not.

What you can do from your phone

  • Ask QuQi anything about your website, as you would in the console.
  • Start an audit, or ask for the audit report — the PDF arrives as a document in the chat.
  • Ask for an article or a post. The lead hands it to the right teammate, and the report comes back to your phone.

When work waits for your OK

When an article or a post waits for your OK, QuQi emails the website owner, and also sends the note to Telegram or WhatsApp when that is where you last talked to QuQi. The note says what is waiting and links to the teammate’s chat in the console. It has no buttons and approves nothing: you Approve or Reject in the chat. See Approvals and auto-approve.

WhatsApp only lets QuQi send you a message within a day of your own last message there. Outside that window the WhatsApp note does not arrive, and the email still does. Only verified accounts are used.
