A batch did not run
Why a teammate did nothing at its time, how to tell which reason it was, and how to start it now.

Open Calendar and click the batch. If its card offers Run it now, it did not run at its time. Press it: the batch starts within a minute, and if something stops it, its chat will say what.
It is not due yet
- Batches run at their time in your website’s time zone, which the calendar names at the top. Check Time zone in your business details if the hour looks wrong.
- A batch starts within a minute of its time, not to the second.
- A batch keeps the time zone it was made in. If you changed the time zone afterwards, edit the batch.
It was skipped
A batch that cannot do useful work is skipped rather than started, and the calendar does not say why. Work through these:

The teammate is off
Its face is asleep, and the batch dialog says it is off.
Open the teammate and turn On back on.
Your plan does not cover it
The dashboard shows the teammate locked, with the reason and an upgrade link.
See You hit a limit.
An audit ran in the last day
It is the SEO Auditor, and the audit page shows a fresh audit.
Nothing. There is never a second crawl the same day.
The last run is still going
The batch’s chat is still working.
Wait for it to finish.
It is paused
The card says Paused: nothing runs until you resume it.
Press Resume. Times that passed are not made up.
A lifetime key is missing
On a lifetime website, the teammate needs your own AI key.

It ran and did not finish
The calendar block reads Didn’t finish, and the card says it stopped before it answered, so nothing was made that day. See what happened opens the chat, where the last step says what went wrong. Run again starts it once more.
It ran and made nothing
Not every batch makes something you can approve. An audit or an AI answer check ends with a report — Done. It made nothing to approve; what it found is in its report. — and Read the report opens it. A Copywriter batch never writes a subject your site already has, and says so rather than repeating itself.
