What it does

There is no Run button here either. The Social Copywriter writes a post you chose, or one the planner left for it.

When a post is going to several channels, each channel gets its own copy. The writer is shown the sister posts and told not to reuse a sentence, so the same idea does not arrive on four networks word for word.

Posts are written in your business’s own language, hashtags included — not English by default. The copy comes out as plain text with no formatting marks, and the only # allowed is a hashtag.

Which channels get written for was decided once, on the Social Planner. The Copywriter does not ask again. A post whose slot is still in the future is put on the clock for that time rather than sent early.

Writing one post for one channel uses one Social post from your monthly allowance, so a four-channel idea costs four. Generating only the picture costs nothing from that allowance.

CAREFUL On Publish it, a written post goes out even if that channel’s own Publish on its own switch is off — the mode is the instruction that wins. Draft and Ask me never publish.

Skills

The skills are the nine channels. A channel’s mark is only lit when that account is actually connected. Every one of them has a shape built in.

SKILLWHAT IT DOESWHAT IT CHANGES
Instagram Writes a caption, then 3–8 hashtags. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
Facebook Writes two to three engaging sentences. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
TikTok Writes a caption under 150 characters. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
YouTube Writes a title under 70 characters, then two to three sentences and 3–6 hashtags. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
LinkedIn Writes three to five short paragraphs. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
X Writes one punchy post under 240 characters. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
Threads Writes a post under 480 characters, with no hashtags. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
Pinterest Writes a title under 100 characters, then a one or two sentence description. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.
Google Business Writes two to three plain sentences with one call to action. Its own post style, emoji rule and publish switch.

Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Pinterest posts never get a link stuck on the end. The other five channels get the real address added for you.

Settings

SETTINGWHAT IT CHANGESDEFAULT
Post style Overrides that channel’s built-in shape with your own description of it. Sits on each channel under Skills. Empty
Emoji, per channel Whether that one channel may use emoji, regardless of the agent. Same as the agent
Publish on its own Whether a finished draft for that channel goes out without you. With it off, the draft waits for you on the calendar. Off
Emoji allowed Whether the writer may use emoji at all. Emoji are always a permission, never a requirement. On
Content Instructions Standing directions applied to every post. Empty
Posts per Run How many posts one run writes: 1, 2 or 3. 1
Attach Images Whether a picture is made for the post. One image per post, shared across its channels — not one per channel. On
Autopilot Whether posts are written without you, and how far that goes. There is no cadence here — the timing comes from the calendar slot. See Autopilot. Off
GOOD TO KNOW Instagram cannot publish without a picture. A post you deliberately left without one still goes out as text on the channels that allow it — a picture is only made when you ask for one, or when the channel cannot publish without it.
