QuQi vs Pika: you make the clip, or the crew does
Pika is the stronger tool for creating and reworking clips, with many video, image and sound models, about 25 apps for making and editing, and an MCP server for agents. QuQi makes short films about your own products from your website, as one teammate in a crew that also writes, posts and fixes pages. Choose Pika to make media yourself, and QuQi to have the week’s marketing done for you.
- You enjoy prompting and want many models to try.
- You edit existing clips with swaps, relights and new camera moves.
- You want speech, music and sound effects in the same account.
- You want a weekly film about your products without making it.
- You want the words on screen in your own fonts and spelled right.
- You want daily posts and SEO articles from the same plan.

QuQi vs Pika, feature by feature
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Pika’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: pika.art/pricing, pika.art/blog/welcome-to-the-new-pika, pika.art/apps/video-studio, pika.art/apps?tab=video-tools, pika.art/mcp . What each one costs
Pika sells plans per account that differ in monthly credits, parallel videos and commercial use, with every model on every plan and credit packs on top. Plan credits do not roll over. QuQi sells a plan per website, and its one balance of credits pays for films, posts, articles and SEO work, with unused plan credits kept for a month.

- Sound of its own, with Pika Speech, music, sound effects and soundtracks beside the video.

Where QuQi is stronger
- A finished film planned from your website, with your shop’s real product photos in it.

- Posts every day on nine channels, each with a picture or carousel made for it.
- Articles, a weekly SEO audit and AI search checks paid from the same credits.
Using Pika and QuQi together
Pika is the workshop for a clip you want to shape by hand, such as an effect or a stylised loop. QuQi is the routine around it. Video Producer makes the regular product films, and the rest of the crew publishes articles and posts while you experiment.
A Pika clip can join that routine too. Download it, send it to QuQi’s chat with a caption and the channels, and it goes out on the day you choose next to the crew’s own posts.

QuQi vs Pika: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Pika?
It depends on how much you make. A Pika plan buys credits that every generation spends, and a retake spends them again. A QuQi plan is set per website, and one balance pays for the films, posts, articles and SEO work. Both price lists are in the pricing section above, as published today.
Which one makes better looking video?
Pika, for generated footage: it runs Veo 3.1, Seedance, Kling and others, with 4K output from Veo. QuQi’s films lean on your real product photos and stock footage, which keeps what you sell exact, and use one generated clip at most.
Can Pika make a talking head video?
Yes, it has a Talking Head Video app and a Podcast Video app for two-host episodes. Video Producer can cast an AI presenter for a film and match the lips to the voice; a presenter you upload yourself is not supported yet.
Can Claude or ChatGPT use Pika?
Yes, through Pika’s MCP server, which also works with Codex, Claude Code and OpenClaw. QuQi’s own MCP server lets those assistants check your site’s health, write an article or schedule a post through the crew.
How long does a QuQi video take to make?
QuQi gives Video Producer up to 40 minutes for a video, or 75 for one over 30 seconds, before it stops and settles the credits. In Pika, your plan sets how many videos render at the same time, from 2 to unlimited, and Fancy adds a priority queue.
