QuQi vs HubSpot: a CRM suite or a crew that publishes
HubSpot is the right pick when your marketing runs on a CRM: email, automation, attribution and a hosted CMS, with agents that draft for a person to approve. QuQi is a crew for one website that writes, publishes, posts and fixes pages on its own calendar. Some businesses use both, each for its own job.
- Your marketing, sales and service teams work from one CRM.
- You send email campaigns and nurture sequences to your contacts.
- You want reports that tie revenue to the campaign behind it.
- Your site runs on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow and articles should land there.
- You want posts on nine channels without approving each one, unless you choose to.
- You want SEO fixes and AI answer checks, priced per website.

What each one costs
HubSpot sells Marketing Hub in tiers: a free plan, Starter per seat, and Professional and Enterprise per account with Core Seats included, contact limits by tier, HubSpot Credits for agent work and a one-time onboarding fee. QuQi sells a plan per website, with team seats included and one monthly balance of credits for the whole crew, and unused plan credits carry over for a month.

Where HubSpot is stronger
- A CRM behind every campaign, with contacts, lifecycle stages, attribution and reporting.
- Email marketing and automation, with forms, live chat and personalised nurture emails from its Nurture Agent.
- A hosted CMS for the blog, website pages and landing pages, with A/B testing and AI translation on Content Hub.
- Daily AI answer tracking in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity with HubSpot AEO, in beta, inside Professional or sold on its own.
Where QuQi is stronger
- Articles published to the site you already run, on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion, without a person pressing publish.
- Posts on nine channels, each worded for its channel and sent with a picture in your website’s fonts, logo and colours.
- A weekly audit of 56 checks, with title, description and schema fixes that go live through QuQi Edge and can be undone.
- Link Exchange, which trades links with other QuQi websites and checks each one every day.
Using HubSpot and QuQi together
HubSpot can stay your CRM and your email engine while QuQi runs the website’s content routine. Contacts, nurture emails, deals and reports stay where your sales team already works, and the crew takes the SEO articles, the daily posts, the weekly audit and the page fixes.
Keep one voice by copying the brand rules your team set up in HubSpot into the Instructions boxes of Copywriter and Social Copywriter. Give each social channel to one of the two, so a follower never sees the same idea twice in a day.

QuQi vs HubSpot: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than HubSpot?
It depends on what you use HubSpot for. Professional and Enterprise are priced per account with seats, contact tiers, credits and an onboarding fee, and they include the CRM and email. QuQi is priced per website for the content and SEO work alone. The plans shown above are the ones each pricing page lists today.
Can HubSpot post to Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. On Professional and Enterprise it publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, X and YouTube, and its Social Media Agent suggests posts that you approve one by one. QuQi posts to nine channels, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business among them, but not Reddit.
Can QuQi publish to a HubSpot blog?
Not directly: QuQi has no connection to HubSpot’s CMS. It publishes to WordPress, WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost and Notion, sends Wix articles as drafts, and can send each finished article to a webhook of your own.
Which one checks AI search answers?
Both. HubSpot AEO, in beta, tracks prompts daily in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. QuQi’s AI Visibility checks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews each week and turns the answers you are missing from into article ideas.
Does HubSpot audit my site’s SEO?
Its SEO tools give recommendations, with full site auditing on Professional and Enterprise. QuQi’s SEO Auditor runs 56 checks on the whole site every week, and Page Optimizer writes the fixes, then puts them live through QuQi Edge or gives them to you to paste.
