  • Your team prospects, routes leads and coaches deals with AI.
  • You have people who will design and maintain workflows.
  • You want a shared AI chat for five people on one plan.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want a new article on your blog twice a week.
  • You want your social channels posted to without a scheduler.
  • You want your site audited and its pages fixed as well.

Where Copy.ai is stronger

  • Sales and RevOps automation on CRM data, with a Salesforce package and connections to HubSpot, Gong, Outreach and Salesloft.
  • A workflow builder you shape yourself: chains of AI steps, agents that decide within rules, schedules, webhooks and an API.
  • A flat-priced team chat for five seats, with unlimited words and models from several AI labs.
  • Enterprise readiness, with SOC 2, GDPR and SSO.

Where QuQi is stronger

  • Topics chosen from keyword data and competitor gaps, with no workflow to design or maintain.
  • Articles published to your CMS and posts sent to nine social channels on a calendar.
  • A picture or carousel for each post, and short videos, using the fonts, logo and colours from your own site.
  • SEO audits, page fixes through QuQi Edge and weekly AI search checks from the same crew.

Using Copy.ai and QuQi together

They rarely compete for the same work. Copy.ai can keep running prospecting and account research for your sales team, while QuQi looks after the website itself: the blog, the social channels, the weekly audit and the page fixes.

If your team keeps positioning and product facts in Copy.ai’s Infobase, copy the parts that matter into the Copywriter’s Instructions box, so the articles QuQi publishes say the same things your sales emails do.

QuQi vs Copy.ai: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than Copy.ai?

It depends on what you use. Copy.ai’s Chat plan is a flat price for five seats, and workflow credits come with yearly plans sized for larger teams. QuQi prices each website, with the crew and its credits in the plan. Both sets of plans are in the pricing section above, as each company lists them.

Can Copy.ai post to Instagram?

Copy.ai writes social copy, and its own pages name no social network it posts to. QuQi’s Social Copywriter posts to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, X and Google Business, and sends videos to YouTube too.

Can I use Copy.ai and QuQi together?

Yes, and they split neatly by department. Sales workflows such as prospecting and CRM enrichment stay in Copy.ai, while website content, social posting and SEO move to QuQi.

Is Copy.ai still good for blog writing?

It still writes blog posts, through workflows and through Content Agent Studio, which learns from three or more pieces of your own. That writing happens on request: Content Agent Studio does not publish or schedule. QuQi plans, writes and publishes articles on its own calendar.

Does QuQi have a chat like Copy.ai?

Yes, but it is about your website. QuQi’s chat is the crew’s lead: it plans work, asks teammates and reports back, on the web, in Telegram and WhatsApp, and by voice call. Copy.ai’s Chat is a general workspace with web results and a choice of models.
