Use when you need a batch of GBP updates planned for the coming month rather than posting ad hoc.
Plan one month of Google Business Profile posts for a local business.
Business: {{BUSINESS_NAME}}
Services: {{SERVICES}}
City: {{CITY}}
Month: {{MONTH}}
Known dates, events, offers or seasonal demand: {{KNOWN_EVENTS}}
Booking or enquiry link: {{LINK}}
Produce eight posts as a table with these columns: Week, Post type (Update, Offer, Event), Headline, Body, CTA button, Image brief.
Rules for the body text:
- 150 to 300 characters. State the count in the table.
- One idea per post. No post should try to cover two services.
- Vary the job each post does across the month: seasonal demand, a specific service explained, a common customer question, proof or results, an event or local tie-in, an offer, a practical tip, an availability or opening hours note.
- Only use the Offer type where I gave you a real offer. Do not invent discounts, deadlines or percentages.
- The image brief is one sentence describing a photo the business could actually take on a phone. No stock photo concepts.
- No em dashes. No exclamation marks. No "it's not just X, it's Y". No opener that describes the season in general terms before getting to the point.
If any of my inputs are too thin to write a post from, say so in a note under the table instead of padding.
Replace each placeholder with your own detail. The more specific you are, the less the model invents.
