What QuQi is

Twelve agents that do the marketing work for one website — research, writing, pictures, posting and links — and you decide how far each one goes.

5 min de lecture All plans

QuQi is a team you manage. Twelve agents, each with one job. One researches keywords. One writes the articles. One plans the week’s posts, another writes them, another sends them. One makes pictures, one makes short videos, one audits your site, one trades links.

You are the manager. You do not brief them one by one every morning. You tell each one how it should work, once, and then you read what came back.

COMMENCEZ ICI Add your website first. Four agents start on their own the moment you do, and everything else reads what they found. See Add your website.

The twelve

Four of them run themselves in the background and have nothing for you to set. The rest have a settings page and a set of skills. Four of those — the Content Planner, the Copywriter, the Social Planner and the Social Copywriter — also have an autopilot switch.

AGENTWHAT IT DOESHOW IT STARTS
Website Analyzer Reads your homepage and fills in your business details, your audiences and your competitors. By itself, when you add a site
Brand Kit Writes your palette, your brand voice and the style guides that every picture and video obeys. By itself, after the analyzer
Growth Strategist Writes two documents: your content strategy and your social strategy. By itself, after the analyzer
SEO Auditor Crawls your site, scores its authority and checks its speed, then lists what is broken. By itself, when you add a site — or one click
Content Planner Researches keywords and drops the winners onto your calendar as planned articles. One click, or on a schedule
Copywriter Turns a planned keyword into a finished article, with images and internal links. From a keyword or a calendar item
Social Planner Fills the week with post ideas, each one slotted at a date and time. One click, or on a schedule
Social Copywriter Writes a planned post, in each network’s own shape. From a post you or the planner chose
Publisher Sends finished posts to your connected channels. Never pressed by hand
Image Designer Makes photos, illustrations, promos and product shots from a brief. From a brief you write in the Studio
Video Producer Writes, storyboards and renders a short video. From a brief or a chosen subject
Link Exchange Hosts links for other sites to earn credits, and spends credits to earn links back. No button — it runs when an article is written

Watching one work

Every run streams into a terminal while it happens. It logs Run started, then the steps as it takes them, then either Run complete with the time it took or Run failed with the reason in plain words. Nothing fails silently, and you are never left guessing what an agent is doing.

Nothing runs until you say so

Autopilot is switched off on every agent that offers it. Out of the box, an agent works when you press its button and at no other time.

When you are ready to let one work unattended, you say how far it may go: make the work and leave it as a draft, make it and message you for a yes, or make it and publish it. That is the whole ladder, and it is explained in Autopilot.

What day one costs

A new website starts free, with no card. On free, the agents that look at your site and plan your work all run:

  • The Website Analyzer reads your site and fills in your business.
  • The Brand Kit writes your palette, voice and style guides.
  • The Growth Strategist writes your content strategy and your social strategy.
  • The SEO Auditor crawls your site and reports what is wrong with it.
  • The Content Planner researches keywords and plans articles onto the calendar.
  • The Social Planner fills the week with post ideas.

So on day one, for nothing, you get a read of your own site, a brand kit, two strategies, an audit and a calendar with work in it.

Six agents sit behind a plan: the Copywriter, the Social Copywriter, the Publisher, the Image Designer, the Video Producer and the Link Exchange. Those are the ones that generate finished work or push it out into the world. Ask one to run on the free plan and it tells you so in a sentence, with a link to start a 7-day free trial.

BON À SAVOIR The trial covers generation, not publishing. You can write articles and posts during it; sending them to your site or your social channels starts once your subscription is active.

One plan per website

A plan belongs to a website, not to your account. If you run two businesses, each site has its own plan, its own integrations and its own allowance. Nothing is shared between them by accident.
