Finding your way around
The dashboard, the chat page, the calendar and the top bar — what each one is for, so you know where to look for what is waiting.
The console has two places you will spend time in: the Dashboard, which shows how the website is doing, and the chat page, Agent, where your crew works and where anything waiting for your OK lives.
The menu
The dashboard
- The live feed across the top streams what the crew is doing right now. When you add a website it plays the crew getting ready first.
- Company is your business as QuQi understands it; Settings on it opens your business profile. See Business, brand and website settings.
- Analytics is how the site is doing: its health, Domain Rating, page speed and, if connected, Search Console.
- Agents is the crew, one row each, with what each one could win you, what it is doing now, and Run now where it can start from a click. Auto on a row means its auto-approve is on and it publishes without asking. Worth doing today suggests the next useful job.
On a phone the three panels become tabs.
The chat page
Press Agent. The sidebar has Waiting for your OK (when something is), links to the Dashboard, Calendar, Integrations and Website settings, your crew as a row of faces, and your chats. See Chats and hand-offs.
The top bar
- The website switcher changes which website you are working on, adds a new one, and manages the ones you have.
- The plan chip — shown to the website’s owner — names the plan and how many articles are left this month. Open it for every allowance, the reset date, Plan & billing and Buy AI credits.
- Ask QuQi (⌘J) opens a chat with the lead beside whatever page you are on.
- Your account menu has the theme, Account, Team, API keys, Help & support and Log out.
Everything is per website. Switch websites and the dashboard, the crew, the calendar and the plan chip all change with it.
