Telegram & WhatsApp
Linking a chat account so QuQi can ask you before it posts, and so you can ask it things back from your phone.
Telegram and WhatsApp sit in the Talk to QuQi section of the Integrations page. They do two jobs: they carry the approval request when an agent is set to Ask me, and they let you talk to your QuQi agent from your phone — run an audit, check what it found — without opening the console.
Connecting
The link is yours, not the website’s
Unlike every other integration, a Telegram or WhatsApp link belongs to you personally rather than to one website. Chatting with your agent works from every website you work on. Disconnecting unlinks it, and the bot stops answering it.
How an approval reaches you
When an agent is on Ask me, it makes the work, leaves it as a draft, and sends you a message. QuQi tries three ways in order.
Only chat accounts you have verified are used. A message that cannot be sent is retried once and then given up on — it never blocks the work, which is already made and already sitting on your calendar. If nobody can be reached at all, you have missed the nudge, not the post.
What the approval message can do
- It names what is waiting: the channel, the time and the opening of the copy.
- It carries a single link, good for 24 hours, that answers exactly one post.
- The link works without logging in — you answer from the phone it arrived on. It can only send the post or leave it; editing still needs a real login, so a forwarded link never becomes an account.
- Saying Yes, send it puts the post on the clock for its scheduled time, or sends it right away if that time has already passed.
- Saying Not this one sends nothing and leaves the post as a draft on your calendar, to change or delete.
- Opening the page after someone already answered says so, rather than sending the post twice.
If you never answer
Nothing goes out. Opening the page at hour 23 does not quietly extend the permission either — the buttons carry the original deadline. The post stays a draft on your calendar for you to deal with in your own time.
