QuQi vs Viktor: brief each task, or start with a crew

Viktor reaches further: one AI employee in Slack and Teams that works across thousands of tools, from finance and ads to code, and builds reports and internal apps. QuQi does a website’s marketing only, with the jobs already set: a Monday audit, page fixes with an undo, articles in your CMS, a daily post on each network with its picture, and a Friday video.

Choose Viktor if
  • You want one colleague in Slack or Teams that the whole team can ask.
  • You want help with finance, ads, CRM and reports as well as marketing.
  • You want dashboards and small internal apps built for you.
Choose QuQi if
  • You want the marketing to run without writing a brief for each task.
  • You want posts out daily on up to nine networks, each with a picture.
  • You want an SEO audit, page fixes and AI answer checks in one crew.

What each one costs

Viktor prices per workspace with no seat charge: a free start with one-time credits, then a monthly plan of shared credits that roll over for a month, with top-ups, and Enterprise quoted. Credits follow model usage, so frequent scheduled jobs cost more. QuQi prices per website, and the crew draws on one monthly credit balance, with unused plan credits kept for a month.

Where Viktor is stronger

  • Reach: one colleague across thousands of tools, from CRM and invoices to ads and code, inside Slack, Teams, Discord or its web app.
  • Deliverables: Office files, PDFs, hosted report pages and Spaces, small web apps with their own login and database.
  • Training by showing: record a job once and it writes the skill and proposes a schedule that waits for your approval.
  • Pricing per workspace with no seats, and every feature on every plan.

Where QuQi is stronger

  • A weekly audit by a crawler of its own with 56 checks, and fixes served through QuQi Edge that you can reverse.
  • A post every day on each connected network, on time on Instagram too, with a picture or carousel made in your brand.
  • A weekly look at how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews answer your buyers’ questions.
  • Team roles for owners, admins, editors and viewers, with seats included in each plan.

Using Viktor and QuQi together

Keep Viktor on the work that changes from day to day: the CRM, invoices, ad budgets, a dashboard for Monday’s meeting. QuQi takes the website’s fixed routine, so the audit, the two weekly articles, the daily post and Friday’s video happen without a message in Slack.

Viktor can connect to remote MCP servers, and QuQi runs one. Linked up, Viktor could ask QuQi for a site health check or a new post, and QuQi shows you the action to confirm before anything happens.

QuQi vs Viktor: common questions

Is QuQi cheaper than Viktor?

They count cost differently. Viktor charges per workspace in credits that follow model usage, so busy schedules use more. QuQi charges per website, with team seats and a monthly balance of credits for the whole crew. Both price tables above are as listed today.

Can I talk to QuQi in Slack the way I talk to Viktor?

No. Viktor lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, as well as Discord and its own web app. QuQi’s crew answers in its web app, on Telegram or WhatsApp, and in voice calls.

Can Viktor make videos for social media?

It makes clips of up to 30 seconds from text or images, builds video in code when the words must be exact, and offers 20 named voices. QuQi’s Video Producer delivers a finished short video every week with a voice, music, stock footage and your products, sized for the channel.

Does Viktor ask before it publishes?

Built-in sensitive actions always wait for approval. For integration tools, an admin sets each one to Off, Run automatically or Ask for confirmation, so check the settings for your CMS and social tools. QuQi holds page fixes for your approval by default, while articles and posts go out on their own unless you turn their switches off.

Can I use Viktor and QuQi together?

Yes. Give QuQi the website’s repeating marketing and keep Viktor for everything your team asks in Slack or Teams. If you add QuQi’s MCP server to Viktor, any action Viktor requests from QuQi waits until you confirm it.
