QuQi vs Microsoft Copilot: the office or the website
Microsoft Copilot is an assistant for work inside Microsoft 365: it answers, drafts and analyses, and with Cowork it sends the mail and books the meetings you ask for. QuQi is a crew for one website that audits it, writes and publishes its articles and posts to its channels on a calendar. The two overlap only in the drafting.
- Your work happens in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, and you want AI right there.
- You want an assistant for any question, analysis or document, well beyond marketing.
- Your company builds its own agents and needs admin controls over them.
- You want articles on your blog without opening Word to write them.
- You want posts going out every day on the channels you connect.
- You want the website’s SEO audited and fixed by the crew that writes for it.

What each one costs
Microsoft prices Copilot per person: a free version, Microsoft 365 plans for individuals and per-user business plans on monthly or yearly terms, with Cowork and agents metered in Copilot Credits. QuQi prices per website, with team seats in the plan and one balance of credits that the whole crew spends; plan credits left unused roll into the next month.

Where Microsoft Copilot is stronger
- A general assistant for anything at work, far broader than QuQi: questions, research, analysis in Excel, decks in PowerPoint and notes from Teams meetings.
- It acts on your own mail, calendar and files, with approvals before sensitive steps and spend policies for admins.
- Copilot Studio, for agents your company builds and connects to outside services.
- Work accounts in 48 languages, and a choice of GPT or Claude models in Cowork.
Where QuQi is stronger
- It works without a prompt: two articles a week, a post every day and a video on Fridays, by default.
- Publishing to your CMS and to nine social channels is built in, with no agent to design first.
- Fixes for titles, descriptions and schema reach the live site through QuQi Edge, and each one can be undone.
- A weekly look at whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews name your business.
Using Microsoft Copilot and QuQi together
Copilot keeps the inside work: the inbox, the meetings, the reports in Excel and the decks in PowerPoint. QuQi takes the public side, meaning the website’s audit, its articles and its posts. When something waits for your OK, the note lands in your Outlook inbox with the rest of your day.
If your company builds agents in Copilot Studio, a custom connector can call QuQi’s REST API, so an internal agent can list the week’s articles or create a post for the crew to publish.

QuQi vs Microsoft Copilot: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Microsoft Copilot?
They charge for different things. Copilot is priced per person, with agents metered on top, and QuQi is priced per website with the crew and team seats included. Which costs less depends on how many people you would license and how many websites you run; both price lists are above.
Can Microsoft Copilot publish to WordPress?
Not from chat or Cowork. Copilot Studio has a WordPress connector that can create a post, so an agent your company builds there can publish. QuQi’s Copywriter publishes to WordPress through the QuQi plugin or an application password, on its own calendar.
Can Microsoft Copilot make videos for social media?
In a work account with Clipchamp turned on, Copilot can assemble a video from a script, AI narration and stock footage. QuQi’s Video Producer makes a short video every Friday with a voice, music and your own products, in the shape each channel needs.
Will Copilot Autopilot do what QuQi does?
Autopilot is in private preview, described by Microsoft as a persistent cloud agent with its own identity and computer. The pages we checked say nothing about SEO or social posting. QuQi’s crew already audits, writes, publishes and posts for a website on a calendar.
