Step 1. Identify the 8 strongest moments. A strong moment is a claim, a story, a number, or a disagreement - not a definition and not a section transition. For each, output: Timestamp or nearest quoted line | The moment in one sentence | Why it stands alone.

Step 2. For the top 5 moments, produce:
- One pull quote, verbatim from the transcript, trimmed only for filler words, marked with the speaker name.
- One LinkedIn post of 120 to 180 words built around that moment.
- One 20 to 35 second video clip brief: suggested in and out points, the on-screen caption for the first 3 seconds, and what a viewer should understand by the end.

Step 3. List 5 audience questions the session raised but did not answer. These become follow-up posts.

Rules:
- Quotes must be exact. If you cannot quote exactly, paraphrase and label it "Paraphrase".
- Do not attribute a line to the wrong speaker; if unclear, write "Speaker unclear".
- No invented statistics. No em dashes. No "in today's fast-paced world".

Fill in before running

Replace each placeholder with your own detail. The more specific you are, the less the model invents.

Getting a better result

  1. Feed the transcript with timestamps if you have them - clip briefs are useless without them.
  2. The unanswered-questions list is usually the best month of content in the whole output.
  3. Check every verbatim quote against the transcript before publishing; trimmed filler can change meaning.

Questions about this prompt

When is this better than a summary post linking the replay?

When you have an hour of recorded material and no idea which four minutes are worth posting. A summary with a replay link converts badly because nobody books an hour on the strength of a summary. This finds moments that stand alone, which is a different job from summarising and produces different output.

What do I need in front of me?

The transcript with timestamps, since the clip briefs specify in and out points and are unusable without them. Also the speaker names, so quotes can be attributed and marked Speaker unclear where the transcript does not say. Auto-generated transcripts are fine as long as the speaker labels survived the export.

What does it give me back?

Eight strong moments, then pull quotes, LinkedIn posts and clip briefs for the top five, then five questions the session raised and did not answer. The tips are right that the unanswered questions are the best part: they are a month of posts that came from your audience rather than your content plan.

What will bite me if I skip it?

Publishing pull quotes without checking them against the transcript. The prompt trims filler words, and trimming filler can change what a speaker meant when the um sat in front of a qualifier. Anything it labels Paraphrase must not appear in quotation marks, and Speaker unclear needs resolving before the clip goes out.
