Your first 30 days with the QuQi crew
What happens after you add your website? A week-by-week look at the first month: the crew forms, the SEO Auditor goes first, and work arrives in chats.
A crew of AI teammates sounds abstract until you watch one work. Here is a realistic first month on QuQi, from the moment you add your website.
Day one: the crew forms
QuQi, the lead, reads your website first: what you sell, who you sell to and how you sound. Then it puts the crew together: eight teammates, from the SEO Auditor to the Image Designer, each with a name, a role, a colour, and instructions and responsibilities in plain words. Read them and correct anything QuQi got wrong.
The SEO Auditor does not wait for the calendar: it starts the first audit straight away.
Week 1: the audit and the calendar
The first audit covers the mechanical problems: broken links, missing or duplicate titles and descriptions, thin pages, slow templates, pages nothing links to. The SEO Auditor puts what costs you the most traffic first and hands the fixes to the Page Optimizer.
Then open the calendar. It schedules teammates, not content: each batch says who works, when, and how often it repeats. A new crew starts with a week filled in, such as the Copywriter on Mondays and Thursdays. Move a batch the way you would move a meeting.
This is also the week to connect Search Console, your CMS and your social channels, so the crew can read your numbers and publish. The Free plan covers the website analyzer and SEO audit; making and publishing come with Growth, Scale or Authority.
Week 2: approvals in the chat
Every batch runs in its own chat. Open one to watch the teammate work through its responsibilities, decide what to make, and ask a colleague for help, like the Social Copywriter asking the Image Designer for a picture.
With auto-approve off, finished work waits in the chat in an approval box that shows the real article or post. You have three choices:
- Approve and it goes out.
- Edit it first, then approve.
- Reject it and say why in the chat.
If you keep making the same correction, write it into that teammate's instructions instead. Tone, topics to avoid and house rules belong there.
Week 3: articles and posts arrive
By the third week, most batches end with something you can publish: articles from the Copywriter, posts for each connected channel from the Social Copywriter, a short video from the Video Producer. AI Visibility reports the questions where an assistant names a competitor instead of you, and those become the Copywriter's next topics. Link Exchange trades links within the limits you set.
Week 4: auto-approve where you trust it
After a few weeks of approvals, you know which teammates you agree with almost every time. Turn auto-approve on for those and they publish when ready; approve the rest yourself. Every batch still runs in a chat you can open.
What to expect in the numbers
SEO compounds; it does not spike. In month one, expect the audit's list of issues to shrink and more of your pages to be indexed. Rankings and traffic usually move in months two and three, once search engines re-crawl your site and new articles settle in. What the crew changes is steadiness, not speed: batches come round whether or not you had time that week, and you can read every one.
