PLAN · THE KEYWORD DESK

It finds what your buyers search, and books it on your calendar.

It researches keyword ideas, pulls the real queries people type, finds where competitors rank and you do not, then picks the winners against your content strategy. Each one lands on your calendar with its search volume and difficulty, one per open day.

HOW IT WORKS

From the first read to finished work.

01
IT RESEARCHES
Real queries, and the gaps your competitors left.

Keyword ideas around what your site already covers, the searches people actually type, and the terms your competitors rank for and you do not. Dictionary-style queries are dropped before anything is scored.

02
IT CHOOSES
Winners picked against your strategy.

It weighs every idea against the content strategy the Growth Strategist wrote, and never plans a keyword you have already planned or already written.

03
IT BOOKS
One article per open day, starting tomorrow.

Each calendar card carries its keyword, search volume, difficulty and article style. When the day comes, the Copywriter writes it.

SKILLS

The lanes it works in

Every skill can be switched off on its own. Turn one off and Content Planner simply picks from the rest, so you shape what it does without having to explain yourself twice.

Informative

Explains a subject plainly.

The workhorse. It answers a question somebody actually typed.

How-to guide

The steps, in order.

Wins the "how do I" searches, and gets bookmarked.

Listicle

A numbered set.

Easy to scan, easy to share, and easy to keep adding to later.

Comparison

This against that.

Catches people at the moment they are choosing, which is the closest they get to buying.

Roundup

The best of something.

Earns links from everyone you mention.

News and trends

Something that just happened.

Shows the business is alive and paying attention.

HOW IT FITS THE TEAM

Where its work comes from, and where it goes.

QUESTIONS

What people ask about Content Planner

Does planning cost anything?

No. Planning uses nothing from your allowance. Articles are counted when the Copywriter writes them.

Can it plan the same topic twice?

No. It skips any keyword you have already planned or already written.

What does autopilot do here?

On or off, nothing more. Switched on, it researches and files calendar items on the schedule you pick, then stops. What happens to each item after that is the Copywriter's own autopilot.

Why did a run say it needs competitors?

Finding the gaps compares you against competitors. With none tracked, the run says so and points you to Company, then Competitors.

Can I steer what it picks?

Yes. Switch article styles off, set the article length, or write planning instructions: topics to favour, subjects to leave alone, angles to take. They are used when it researches, when it picks and when each article is written.
