A Teamday alternative that takes its own drafts live
Teamday gives you an AI marketing team led by Nova, an AI CMO, that agrees one goal with you, works from your Ahrefs and Search Console data and brings each draft for review. QuQi’s crew carries the work through to the end: articles land in your CMS, posts reach nine networks with a picture each, and page fixes go live through QuQi Edge.
Why people look for an alternative to Teamday
Outside reviews of Teamday’s marketing team are hard to find so far, so these needs come from what its own pricing page and agent pages say.
The AI bill comes separately
The plan covers the team and its tools, and the AI work bills to the Claude or ChatGPT account you connect, or to prepaid credits at the model’s price plus 25 percent. Video and audio also need an account of your own with a video or audio AI service.
A person takes each piece out
Every draft lands in your review, and Maya’s own page says a person edits each article for voice before it is published. WordPress is the one CMS on its team’s tool list, and posts outside LinkedIn travel through the Buffer or Hootsuite account you connect.
One job at a time
On your own AI account the work runs one job after another. Running several at once, or a separate space for a second brand, means writing to Teamday to agree terms.
What QuQi does instead
QuQi gives those jobs to teammates who carry each piece out on their own days, with the AI work paid from the website’s credits.
Twice a week it chooses a keyword with real search data, writes the article in your voice with pictures and internal links, and puts it on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion.
Words each idea separately for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, X and Google Business, and posts every version with a picture or carousel of its own.
Serves new titles, descriptions, schema and social previews through QuQi Edge, a layer in front of any site that takes one DNS record, and keeps an undo for each field.
Films a short video every Friday with a voice, music and your own products, paid from the same credit balance as the articles and posts.
Teamday and QuQi, side by side
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.
Teamday’s details were checked on October 18, 2026 on its own pages: teamday.ai/pricing, teamday.ai/teams/marketing, teamday.ai/agents, teamday.ai/agents/ai-seo-agent, teamday.ai/agents/ai-content-creator . When Teamday is the better pick
QuQi is not the answer to everything Teamday does. Stay with it, or use both, if this sounds like you.
- You want one number with a date that the whole team works toward, a plan for each week and a readout in your inbox every Monday.
- You use Ahrefs or SE Ranking and want rank monitoring with drop alerts, competitor gaps and quick-win keywords drawn from them.
- You want specialists past content and SEO, such as Meta ads, newsletters, a sales pipeline or data questions, with unlimited people in one account.
Moving from Teamday to QuQi
- 01
Copy over what Nova learned
QuQi reads your website when you add it and drafts its own business summary, audiences, strategy and brand kit. Anything from Teamday’s Knowledge you want kept, such as positioning lines or phrases to avoid, goes into each teammate’s Instructions box.
- 02
Connect your CMS and every account
Link WordPress or your other CMS, and each social account directly, so posts no longer pass through a scheduler. Then three switches decide whether articles, posts and page fixes go out on their own or wait for your OK.
- 03
Keep Teamday for what QuQi skips
Ads, newsletters and questions about your own databases have no teammate in QuQi, so Markus, Mara and James can stay on. Pause Maya and Luna once QuQi takes over the blog and the posts, so no topic gets written twice.

Teamday alternative: common questions
Is there a free Teamday alternative?
QuQi’s free plan audits and analyses your website, and you can read what the crew finds before you pay. Articles, posts and publishing start on a paid plan. Teamday is free for 14 days with your own Claude or ChatGPT account and no card, then moves to its one paid plan.
Does Teamday publish to my website?
Its marketing team lists WordPress as its CMS, and Owen, a specialist you add at no fee, publishes and schedules WordPress posts once you approve them. QuQi publishes to WordPress, WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost and Notion, sends Wix articles as drafts and reaches other sites through a webhook.
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT account to use QuQi?
No. Each QuQi plan gives the crew credits every month, and articles, posts, pictures, videos and checks are all paid from that one balance. You can buy a credit pack in the console when a month runs short.
Is QuQi a good Teamday alternative for an online shop?
It fits a shop well. Copywriter publishes to Shopify and can feature your products in articles, Video Producer puts the shop’s own products on screen, and Social Copywriter posts to Instagram, Pinterest and Google Business. If you also want your Meta ads managed, Teamday’s Markus does that and QuQi does not.
