QuQi vs Runlo: prospecting drafts or a crew that publishes
Runlo and QuQi both start from your URL and give you a crew of agents. Runlo’s crew finds B2B buyers on Reddit, LinkedIn and Google Maps and hands you drafts, and you post or send every one yourself. QuQi’s crew publishes articles, posts on nine networks with a visual for each post, audits the site and fixes pages, and you choose what waits for your OK.
- You sell software to businesses and want named buyers to contact.
- You want Reddit threads and LinkedIn prospects found for you every day.
- You want to post every word yourself, from your own accounts.
- You want articles on your site and posts on your channels without copying them over.
- Your buyers are on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or Google Business.
- You want each post to come with its picture, and a short video every week.

Where Runlo is stronger
- Prospecting: Leo watches up to 10 subreddits for people asking for a tool like yours, and on Growth Eva scores LinkedIn prospects by timing signals.
- Local lead lists from Google Maps, with Jack filtering places by rating, website and phone.
- A firm draft-only rule: Runlo never posts, sends or replies from your accounts.
- Founder-voice drafts for X or LinkedIn from Coach, and Reddit drafts with notes on each subreddit’s fit and risk.
Where QuQi is stronger
- Articles published to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion, and posts sent to nine networks on their day.
- A picture or carousel for every post in your website’s fonts, logo and colours, and a short video each Friday from Video Producer.
- A weekly 56-check SEO audit, with fixes to titles, descriptions, schema and social previews served through QuQi Edge and an undo for each.
- AI Visibility’s weekly look at ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, plus Link Exchange backlinks checked every day.
Using Runlo and QuQi together
The two split cleanly. Keep Runlo for the outbound side: Leo’s Reddit threads, Eva’s LinkedIn prospects and Jack’s local lists, which you answer by hand. Let QuQi run the inbound side: the articles, the daily posts with their visuals, the Friday video and the page fixes.
Work from one brief. Copy the ICP and positioning from Warden’s brief into the Instructions boxes of Copywriter and Social Copywriter, and stop posting Riley’s company-page drafts, so your LinkedIn page speaks with one voice.

QuQi vs Runlo: common questions
Is QuQi cheaper than Runlo?
They are priced in different ways. Runlo has two flat monthly plans and no free plan, and Growth is the one with LinkedIn prospecting. QuQi starts with a free plan and charges per website, with credits that pay for every teammate. The price tables above show both as listed today.
Does Runlo publish blog posts to WordPress?
No. Runlo’s FAQ says blog drafts are for you to review and publish yourself, and its integrations are Search Console and Similarweb. QuQi’s Copywriter publishes to WordPress through the QuQi plugin or an application password, and to WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost and Notion.
Can I use Runlo and QuQi together?
Yes. Runlo finds the people to talk to, and QuQi keeps the website and the social channels busy. Give the LinkedIn company page to one of them only, so it never gets two posts on the same topic.
Does Runlo make images or videos?
Riley and Coach can attach single images and LinkedIn carousels to their drafts, and none of Runlo’s plans lists video. QuQi makes a picture or carousel for every post, and Video Producer makes short videos with a voice, music and your products.
Which one helps more with AI search?
Runlo’s Mr Wise writes articles aimed at answers in AI assistants. QuQi writes for search too, and AI Visibility checks each week whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews name or cite you, and who they name instead.
