A Meta Muse alternative with a marketing crew for your website
Meta Muse is a personal agent with its own cloud computer, free to start, that keeps working after you close the app and asks before it sends, buys or publishes. QuQi is a crew for one website instead, built for the marketing: it audits the site, fixes pages, publishes articles to your CMS and posts to nine channels with a picture each.
Why people look for an alternative to Meta Muse
The Meta Muse alternatives pages we found mostly argue about data trust, or point to tools built for business. Meta’s own help pages explain the three needs a website owner meets first.
Only in the US and Canada
Muse launched in the US on 8 September 2026 and has since come to Canada, and Meta’s help centre says it is not yet available everywhere. A business elsewhere has to look for another tool for now.
Posting is not on Meta’s pages
Facebook, Instagram and Threads link to Muse in a few clicks, and Meta says it creates content and ads and that nothing publishes without your approval. Its connector, skills and approval pages, though, never describe publishing or scheduling a post, and Meta names no connector for LinkedIn, TikTok, X or Google Business.
Your data and its defaults
Meta’s help page says training on your interactions is on when you first use Muse, with an opt-out in Data controls. A business that connects its Pages, ad accounts and Gmail may want to look at that setting first.
What QuQi does instead
QuQi gives each of those jobs to a teammate who works from your website, on dates already in the calendar.
Takes the day’s idea and words it separately for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Google Business, then posts each version with a picture or carousel set in your brand.
Researches a keyword the site can rank for, writes the article in your voice with pictures and internal links, and sends it to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost or Notion.
Runs 56 checks across the site every Monday, so you know which titles, descriptions and pages need work before a post sends people there.
Turns out a short video each Friday, with a voice, music, stock footage and, for a shop, its own products, shaped for Reels, TikTok or YouTube.
Meta Muse and QuQi, side by side
QuQi’s column is for a paid plan. The free plan audits and analyses the website, and publishing starts on a paid plan.

When Meta Muse is the better pick
QuQi is not the answer to everything Meta Muse does. Stay with it, or use both, if this sounds like you.
- You want a free agent for personal errands and research, in WhatsApp, a Mac app and on your phone.
- You want help across ads, sales, finance and customers, with connectors such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Shopify and HighLevel.
- You value its safety design: a separate Sentinel agent for internet access, a credential store the model cannot see, one-time cards and an audit trail.
Moving from Meta Muse to QuQi
- 01
End the recurring content tasks
Open the Upcoming tab in Muse and stop any recurring task that drafts posts or content ideas, so the crew and Muse never cover the same day. Then connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account and other channels to QuQi.
- 02
Start from the website
When you add your site, QuQi reads the business and its competitors and makes a brand kit with your colours, logo and the words you use and avoid. Brand notes you gave Muse can go into Social Copywriter’s Instructions box.
- 03
Leave the errands with Muse
Muse can keep the email, the bookkeeping questions and the ad reports. After a month, look at what the crew published on your site and channels, and decide what each one keeps.

Meta Muse alternative: common questions
Is there a free Meta Muse alternative?
Muse is free to start, with a usage limit Meta does not publish, and Power and Maximum raise it. QuQi’s free plan audits and analyses your website, and the articles and posts start once the website is on a paid plan.
Can Meta Muse post to Instagram or Facebook?
Facebook, Instagram and Threads link to Muse automatically when they share its Accounts Center, and Meta says nothing publishes without your approval, but its help pages do not describe how posting works. In QuQi, your Facebook Page and Instagram account are two of nine channels, each with its own wording and picture every day.
Is Meta Muse available outside the US?
In Canada, yes; elsewhere, not yet. Meta’s help centre says Muse is not available everywhere. QuQi needs no Meta account to start: it begins from your website and the channels you connect.
Is Muse for Small Business good for marketing?
It helps owners with ads, sales, social, finance and customers, and reads your Facebook Pages, Instagram analytics and Meta ad accounts to create content and ads. QuQi adds the website side: a weekly audit, articles published to your CMS and posts on LinkedIn, TikTok and the other networks Meta names no connector for.
