Add your website
What QuQi reads from your site when you add it, the four first steps, and the crew and calendar it sets up before you have asked for anything.
Adding a website is one field: its address. Everything else is worked out from the site itself, and it starts the moment you press Add & analyse.

The dashboard shows a Getting started block, and the same four steps tick off under QuQi’s welcome in the Ask QuQi panel:
When the last step ends, QuQi writes to you: what the crew now knows about the business, the one thing on the site to fix first, and a first piece of work it suggests. It offers to start it; it does not start it on its own.
Your crew and its calendar
In the same moment, the website gets its crew — the lead and eight teammates — and a week of batches on the calendar: the weekly audit on Mondays, page fixes on Tuesdays, an AI answer check on Wednesdays, articles on Mondays and Thursdays, a post every day, link trades on weekdays and a video on Fridays. Nothing that needs a plan or a connection goes out yet. With no publishing destination, articles stay in QuQi; with no social account, the daily post batch is skipped; on the free plan, writing, pictures and videos wait for a plan. See Meet the crew.
If your site cannot be read
If your home page cannot be fetched — a firewall, a password-protected staging site, a bot blocker — onboarding carries on with what it can, and the step that could not finish says did not finish. Fix the access, then use Re-read my website under business details, or ask QuQi to try again.
Addresses that point to a private or internal network are refused, and a site already in your workspace is not added twice — example.com and www.example.com count as the same site.
Set your time zone
The Time zone in your business details is the clock the crew’s calendar runs on. Left alone, it follows your country. Check it on day one, so the 09:00 batches land in your morning.
Adding a second site
You can run as many websites as you like from one account. Each one is read on its own and gets its own crew, calendar, integrations and plan. Switch between them from the website switcher.
