What it is in charge of

It starts with these responsibilities: write SEO articles that bring customers; pick the keyword with the best chance, research it, write it, and publish it.

What one batch does

A batch is told to bring back one article. The Copywriter researches keywords around your subject, chooses from a shortlist ranked for your site, and writes the article — outline, sections, internal links, pictures and a closing call to action. It never writes a subject your site already has, unless you ask it to on purpose.

What happens to the finished article depends on the Articles switch in Approvals, as it is when the article is written:

On (how it starts): the article is published to your website as soon as it is written.
Off: the chat shows a box, with the title, the word count and “It waits for your OK to publish.”, and the article drawn as a reader meets it.

With no publishing destination connected, nothing reaches your website: the article stays in QuQi, ready to read, edit and copy. Connect one under Integrations and the next articles publish there.

CAREFUL Articles starts on, so once a publishing destination is connected, every batch publishes an article to your live site. Switch it off under Website settings → Approvals if you want to read each one first.

Asking for one

You do not have to wait for a batch. Ask the Copywriter, or the lead, for an article in a chat. Name a keyword, or ask it to research one first: it never invents a keyword. In a chat it checks anything you have not settled — the style, the length, what the article must cover — in one message, and writes from sensible defaults if you say “just write it”.

Articles in the menu lists every article written for the website, newest first, with tabs for drafts, scheduled, published and those that did not finish, and a search by title or keyword.

Every written article has its own page, opened from that list, the chat or the calendar, where you can read it, edit the text and the search fields, have it rewritten, and publish it.

While you edit, click a picture to change it (from your library or an upload), edit or add its caption, describe it for Google and screen readers, or remove it. Change cover swaps the cover. Add video puts a YouTube video of your choice where your cursor is, and a click on a video changes or removes it. You can also ask in the chat, for example “put the new picture in place of the second one, with this caption”.

What it costs

Each article uses one from your plan’s monthly articles. An article that fails to write is given back. Publishing to your website needs a plan that includes publishing; writing does not.
