QuQi, the lead
The one you talk to by default. It has every tool, answers questions itself, and hands the work to the teammate whose job it is.
What it does
QuQi is the lead of every crew. A new chat is with QuQi unless you pick a teammate. The Ask QuQi panel in the top bar (⌘J) is a chat with QuQi too, and so is every message you send from a linked Telegram or WhatsApp account.
It answers questions and looks things up itself: how the site is doing, what the audit found, what is on the calendar. Writing, posting, auditing, links, pictures and video it hands to the teammate whose job it is, and that teammate’s report comes back to your chat. See Chats and hand-offs.
When you add a website
QuQi greets you by name in the Ask QuQi panel the moment the website is added, with the four first steps ticking off underneath: read your business, write your content and social strategy, read your colours and voice, audit your site. When the last one ends, it writes what the crew found, the one thing to fix first, and a suggested first piece of work. It offers to start it; it does not start it on its own. See Add your website.
Every tool
The lead can do anything a teammate can, and a few things no teammate does out of the box: pause or resume a batch, run one now, take one off the calendar, change the website settings, and add, change or remove a teammate. It can also switch to another of your websites when you ask about it by name.
What it is not
- It is not on the calendar. Batches belong to teammates; the lead works when you talk to it.
- It has no card to edit and cannot be switched off or removed.
- It wears the QuQi face rather than a teammate colour.
