Where QuQi reaches you when an agent needs an answer, and how to connect Telegram or WhatsApp so it lands on your phone.

4 min de lecture All plans

QuQi messages you for one reason: an agent set to Approval has something ready and wants a yes. Where that message lands depends on what you have connected.

COMMENCEZ ICI Connect Telegram. It is tried first for every approval, it needs no password, and the same connection lets you ask QuQi things from your phone.

The three places

WHEREWHAT ARRIVESTO SET IT UP
Telegram Approval requests, and a chat where you can ask QuQi to run an audit or check issues from your phone. A short code, once
WhatsApp The same chat and the same approvals, when you have messaged QuQi recently. A short code, once
Email Approval requests, when neither chat channel can be reached. Nothing to connect

They are tried in that order and QuQi stops at the first one that works. Only accounts you have verified count. See approvals for what the message itself looks like.

Connecting Telegram or WhatsApp

Neither asks you for a password, a key or anything to paste. You prove the account is yours by sending a short code.

1
Open Integrations
It has its own row in the main menu. The chat channels are grouped together under Talk to QuQi.
2
Pick Telegram or WhatsApp
QuQi shows you a short code. For WhatsApp, you send that code to QuQi’s business number.
3
Send the code in the chat
Send it exactly as shown, from the account you want QuQi to message.
4
Wait for the reply
As soon as the code matches, the channel is verified and QuQi can reach you there.
BON À SAVOIR A code is good for 10 minutes. If it runs out, start again from the Integrations page — nothing is broken.

A connected Telegram or WhatsApp account belongs to you personally rather than to one website. You can chat with QuQi from it whichever website you are working on, and it shows as connected on all of them.

Approval requests are the exception. They only reach a chat channel on the website it was connected from — an agent on another one of your websites sends its approval to email instead.

The Integrations page shows your WhatsApp number in full — but only to you. The connected account is read against whoever is signed in, so a colleague on the same website sees the card as not connected and never sees your number.

What falls back to email

WhatsApp has a rule QuQi cannot get around: it can only send you a free-form message when you have messaged it recently. Outside that window, an approval request goes to email instead.

The email fallback goes to the website owner’s own address. If none of the three can be reached, the work is still made and still sits on your calendar — only the nudge is missed.

In the console itself

You do not need a message to see what the agents are doing. A live strip at the top of the dashboard streams every run as it happens, including work already in flight when you open the page. An agent that runs on its own wears an auto badge, and hovering it names the exact mode it is on.

Turning a channel off

Disconnecting Telegram or WhatsApp also unlinks your account, so the bot stops answering it. Approvals then fall to the next channel in the order, and to email if there is nothing left.
