Approvals
The message an agent sends when it wants a yes, where it lands, and what each button does.
Set an agent to Approval and it still does the work. It writes the post, makes the picture and leaves it as a draft in your calendar. Then it sends you one message. Nothing goes out until you answer.
What arrives
One message, naming what is waiting: the channel it is for, the time it is due, and the opening of the copy. Under that, one link.
The link opens a page showing the picture, the copy, the channel and the scheduled time. You do not have to log in — you answer from the phone the message arrived on.
Where the message is sent
QuQi tries three places in order and stops at the first one that works.
Only chat accounts you have verified are used, so a half-finished connection never swallows a request.
The two buttons
Yes, send it puts the post on the clock for its scheduled time. If that time has already passed, it goes out right away.
Not this one sends nothing. The post stays a draft on your calendar, where you can rewrite it, move it or delete it. Declining does not throw the work away.
The 24-hour limit
The link works for 24 hours from the moment it is sent, and the message says so on screen.
Opening the page early and answering late does not buy you more time — the buttons carry the same deadline as the link that opened them. If the link has run out, nothing was published: the post is still a draft on your calendar and you can send it from there.
What the link cannot do
One link answers one post, and can only send it or leave it. Editing, rewriting and everything else still needs a real login, so a link you forward to somebody never becomes an account.
If the post has already been answered, the page says so instead of sending it twice. And if the post cannot go out as it is, the page tells you to open it in QuQi and finish it.
Articles ask differently
A social post can be judged in one screen, so it gets the two buttons. An article cannot. When the Copywriter asks, the message links to the article draft behind your login instead — the thing worth reading first is the article itself, and publishing it means pushing it to your website.
If nobody can be reached
The work is still made and still sits on your calendar. Only the nudge is missed. A message that fails to send is tried once more and then left alone; it never blocks or undoes work that has already been done.
